I love their microdermabrasion treatment. I've been going there every year I visit. They're clean and very professional
Expensive, but it comes with the service and the location. Dr. Catherine was very nice the 3-4 times we went to see her.
This so-called “clinic” is where the worst experience happened to me. I went to them for laser treatment for rosacea in my face. This ended in permanent burn spots, caused by their complete lack of expertise. First, when I read the title “clinical” I automatically believed that a specialist (dermatologist) managed this center. A very poorly trained technician (Alice) did the laser on me, using an extra strong dosage. Two weeks later, I had to call to explain that the burns on my face were still appearing. “It’s normal” was their response. Four weeks later, I requested a follow-up meeting. Seeing the damage caused by their treatment, I was offered another laser treatment!!! As there is no dermatologist working there and I no longer had any confidence in them or their treatments, I immediately refused. Plus, their poor customer service hurt me more than the burns! A manager (Catherine) promised to send me a skin lightening cream by post. Cream that I never received until today. When calling to find out the details of the shipment, she replied in a stupid and curt manner that she had no time for me. Since the 'laser treatment', I had to wait 3 months before being able to consult a dermatologist covered by RAMQ. She told me that the burns are 2nd degree and that the stains are now permanent. For my part, I want to share my experience with everyone so that no one experiences the same thing as me. Besides, I am going to make an official complaint to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice-Small Claims.... (Show more)
