Date of comment 05/17/19: I had an appointment on 05/17, from start to finish, the support was impeccable, I give it 11/10. At reception the young woman was really kind and professional, Doctor Surkyn impeccable and the atmosphere was zen, everything went well. I would give more than 5 stars and yes I will return there without problem. I am not related to any staff member! I am always honest in my comments! Date of comment 01/09/18. Having already been in consultation with Doctor Surkyn twice, the last on 20/08/18. The doctor was on time, explained to me well what was possible to do, the procedure, the cost, the doctor was polite, friendly, and serious. There were patients in the waiting room. I have had several visits to the doctor and have always been satisfied. 🙂 I see that the tongues of vipers are working behind the scenes for free... But why don't they report it after the intervention, if there really was a disappointment?! Or make an appointment and talk about it?! I would go to Doctor Surkyn without any problem ☺. I had the misfortune of making a first appointment for my mother for a consultation with the endocrinologist doctor Jean-Jacques Rodzynek. We arrived 5 minutes late, we were scolded like kids “don’t let this happen again, that’s not all I have to do, the consultations follow” let’s move on,…. We sit down, he decides to explain his CV and his experiences. While I listen to him my mother prepares Her analysis documents to show him, to which he responds “you are not listening to me!” » Let’s move on,….. He ends his speech by saying “the consultation is €150! ”, without us asking him anything! “If you pay €150 we will continue, otherwise you can leave! » And so on, the lack of respect, the “go get out”, the “you’re overweight too”. My God, I still can’t believe it, I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. And of course we defended ourselves! A scandal to break out! We weren't going to post a review without telling you everything to your face. If Doctor Rodzynek is essential to financing the clinic you would soon be bankrupt. Otherwise I advise you to stop collaborating with him! I have nothing against other doctors or the clinic in question or the reception! I have only had bad experiences with the Doctoranytime site. The appointments are strangely quick but the quality doctors offered are in my opinion incompetent doctors! Although they have studied extensively and I do not question their knowledge. They don't know how to practice their profession correctly! We are humans not animals! Go there if you have the courage to be humiliated and degraded. Good luck !... (Show more)

I recently had Hyacorp injections in my buttocks. I am happy with the result which is magnificent! I had Doctor Roger Surkyn, very kind and very professional. The procedure took place without pain. And also a big thank you to the secretaries who are extremely kind too. 🙂 I recommend the clinic with my eyes closed. Very good follow-up after the intervention, nothing to say really! Very first experience for me during the consultation in this clinic. What can I say except that everything is perfect! - The person at reception is adorable and very helpful. She does not hesitate to call the patient back when availability becomes available, which is very appreciable. - Doctor Surkyn who received us is very professional and really takes the time to explain all the important points to the patient. We are in no way pushed towards “consumption” and all prices are clearly announced during the consultation. I was very stressed for this consultation and I came away informed, reassured and delighted! I will update my assessment after the operation but I have no doubt that the rest will go well! The very unpleasant secretariat on the phone borders on aggressive I had to contact to make an appointment, the secretary picks up the phone then makes me wait while she laughs with someone else for ten minutes then answers my questions Very aggressively!!! And this isn't the first time this has happened. I think when the doctor had fewer appointments and patients! They were very friendly on the phone to attract customers! now that the schedule is complete They are sending people out on the phone! But there are also people who call to get as much information as possible while knowing that they will be treated elsewhere; We are convinced that this must not be the case for you, but it may be that the secretary had this impression, and that she put you on hold while she took care of the patients coming in and out of the consulting rooms. Excellent experience Lyposculpture performed on my outer thighs, the results of which were breathtaking already after 1 month while final result is expected in 2 months Doctor is honest, patient, attentive and efficient (I was always late): he does not try to fill out his accounts because he offers the program that suits us and no more. The secretaries are like the firm: responsive, gentle, and attentive I recommend the clinic to all hesitant people, a visit to a Doctor allows an informed view, honest analysis and complete care... So the negative opinion which was not even the subject of intervention...and downright false and petty in its mediocrity... Dear Mister George, We work with 3 secretaries; one of them speaks French, English and Spanish, the second one speaks French, Dutch, English, Spanish and German, but unfortunately, indeed, the third one speaks only French and Italian (but very little English), and, like you, we really regret this. But on the other hand she is a very smiling, very devoted and very courageous woman. I would also like to point out that all the doctors speak English. Coming from Paris in the middle of a health crisis, whether the doctor or his assistants (medical and administrative), was very reassuring and very accommodating, whether in terms of my requirements for dates or others.
