I highly recommend this place. Dr. Rafał, known in the area as the dental Robin Hood😊 he is a true professional of the highest class, empathetic and polite. A doctor with a vocation that is rare to find. The doctor admitted me among patients with a huge toothache, provided me with treatment, treated me and gave me painkillers which at that moment "saved my life" after three sleepless nights. After today's visit, I am as happy as a child because my tooth is beautifully and aesthetically done and, most importantly, completely painless, which is great considering my dental trauma. The smiling and very nice assistant encourages you to enter. I recommend Dr. Rafał to everyone. The website is misleading to the customer. During a telephone conversation with the employee, I learned that the office is open until 7 p.m. and that children are not accepted. Working hours listed on the website are 8am-9pm. The website also includes information and a price list for a pediatric dentist. Moreover, the employee wanted to get rid of me very quickly and did not want to listen completely. Pity. After so many positive reviews, I expected better service. Please update the website. Great correspondence service for a company in Wrocław. At the address in Krzyki I was able to register a company at a prestigious address. It's nice that each letter received comes to your e-mail as a PDF with a scan of the correspondence. Nice service, I recommend.

Unfortunately, I have reservations about professionalism - my wife had an appointment for Friday, January 22. On that day, she received a text message that the assistants had to come for vaccination and the visit could not take place - ok, understandable. What is not understandable is that no one even proposed a new date, and after calling after repeated attempts, the new date was February 18... My wife was kicked out of the queue with the wrong date and had to wait a month... Unfortunately, I don't see any professionalism here... (Show more)

It is very difficult for me to call and register with a dentist for dental treatment. I call several times and no one answers the phone. After filling out the contact form, no one contacts me either.

I recommend Dr. Rafał. However, when it comes to telephone service and arranging appointments, the level of the gentleman who answers the phone leaves much to be desired. Very rude and unpleasant.
