I have been a patient of the clinic for 6 months, during which time I went through quite a few procedures from all specialties and I can say that I was satisfied with each one. Being a complex treatment, I plan to return with a detailed review at the end of it, but until then I want to leave here an appreciation for the staff with whom I interacted the most, namely: Dr. Nechita Cristi, to whom I thank for the various quiet surgical interventions and for the personality that helps me overcome anxiety more easily, thanks also to Dr. Mihaela Toma, with whom I discovered that root canal treatments are not at all traumatic, but also to Silvia de at Customer Care with whom I always communicated effectively about appointments and questions. I am waiting to continue with the orthodontic treatment with Dr. Marian Pantelimon, who until now has patiently guided me through the pre-ortho period, and at the end, the prosthetic works will follow with which Dr. Ligia Baran will help me. My name is Oliviu Sørensen and I want to share my experience at Clinica Dental Premier. I came to this clinic because I had big problems with my teeth. This deteriorated over time, resulting in the loss of many teeth in my jaw. My social and professional life suffered because of it. I was disappointed, and in low spirits. I made a thousand scenarios about how the intervention would unfold. The moment I opened the door of the clinic, I was greeted by wonderful people, right from the first minutes I spent there, they tried to offer me all the comfort and that conviction that I am in the right place. From the first minutes I spent there, I realized that a very well-welded team works there, a young and energetic team, a team dedicated to the profession, a team with a high level of empathy towards the patient (they always asked me if I was in pain, or how I feel). There was no unknown, the team kept me informed the next step. I had 6 implants inserted in one session. I did not feel pain or discomfort during the intervention. I made a VERY GOOD choice! After a careful selection on the market, at Dental Premier we found what we were looking for! A clinic where, the impeccable cleanliness, the last generation equipment and last but not least the EMPATHY and PROFESSIONALISM of the staff, made me feel safe! The communication during the treatment plan was exemplary, and the staff was open to all discussions, regardless of the topic addressed (medical, financial advice and moral support) I am a 60-year-old person with some health problems (cancer) and I had two surgeries (jaw and mandible) with 8 MegaGen implants.
