I had the good fortune to meet Prof. Konova back in 2008. She is that professional we are all looking for. I went only to have my blood drawn, I paid a fee of BGN 5, they are great, very nice people and professionals! It didn't hurt at all and it was over in about 5 minutes. I will go there again if I have to have blood drawn!
