I had breast augmentation in 2017. I do not recommend this doctor. He doesn't seem like a bad doctor to me, I didn't get infected nor did I have any problems during recovery. However, choosing it was the worst decision. I have a scar that is considerably larger than the other and is also located higher up the breast fold. One of the implants looks much higher than the other. The doctor took no responsibility for the unsightly final result. He told me it was because of my previous asymmetry and that he did the best he could. Before having the surgery I had not even noticed that I had an asymmetry. After the surgery, that small asymmetry increased to a degree where I could not walk without a bra since the great difference in size and shape was obvious. 4 years have passed, I have spoken with 7 other surgeons (4 in Costa Rica and 3 in Europe) who have confirmed that the final result is of poor quality and that I could have obtained better results with a more experienced doctor who used the correct techniques. for my case. Now it is going to cost me a lot of money to correct the initial surgery. The worst of all is that Dr. Peralta told me that I could not pretend to be perfect, asymmetries are normal and I have to accept them. He told me that if I tried to go to another doctor the result could be worse. Finally, he gave me the option to pick them up for a cost of around a thousand dollars. The moral of this story is to research carefully what type of doctor you want to have surgery with (there are mediocre, average and excellent doctors). If in the end the result is good, the doctors will say that it was thanks to them and their experience, but if the result is bad, they will say that it is because of the patient's anatomy....
