I do not recommend. I had transplants at this clinic 5 years ago. I was very well attended, very friendly and helpful nurses. It went well. But the result after 5 years is bad, really bad. I paid €5000, they tricked me into saying that I would have a lot of hair, but in reality I ended up with a terrible result. I know 2 people who have been there and just like me, they didn't like the result. I don't advise anyone to go there.... (Show more)
I do not recommend
A clinic that only has marketing. Just think about numbers. People are not patients but numbers. Surgery must be performed by doctors and this does not happen in this clinic. Not patch at all
I had a hair microtransplant at this clinic in 2018. After 4 years, no difference is noticeable. I just spent a lot of money. I submitted a written complaint at the last evaluation consultation (in August 2019) and D.Márcia told me that I would have a response within the next 6 months. Until today.... It's not even worth complaining on social media, because all the comments are deleted. That's why there are only customer reviews with something to praise. Therefore, I do not advise it. Results are not guaranteed in all cases, contrary to what they advertise.... (Show more)
Run away!! They simply want to take our money, don't be fooled by the photos of celebrities.
I carried out the micro transplant at the Porto clinic 5 days ago. It went very well, the process was completely painless. A special thank you to the clinical staff who accompanied me during this 9 hour "marathon", which due to their good disposition, friendliness , availability, and professionalism started to flow. It's incredible how I didn't even need my cell phone to entertain myself. I was clarified with all the doubts I had during the post-operative period and they called me the next day to find out my status. Today, after 5 days, the extraction area is now practically imperceptible. I would also like to give an honorable mention to the duck rice provided by clinic that was wonderful☺️ 🤘 Thank you.... A lot of publicity at the time of the consultation, when what I really wanted to do was talk about my problem... it ended up being left in the background... At the time of the transplant, a nursing team... And best of all, I got a drawing that to get the right forehead line, I have to put my head to the side... In short, I've always been a fan of short cuts and wanted to fill in the entrances, I ended up getting full filling in my head, even if I wanted to grow my hair it would simply look ridiculous, it would look like I was wearing a helmet.. I lodged my complaint and nothing. Anyway... Several months after having the transplant, I came to leave feedback, as they said, the hair would start to fall out 1 month after the transplant, and the second month would be the worst month... after the second month the hair would grow back, this is partly true, but the overwhelming majority of the original hair did not grow back, I was left with just the transplanted hair and little else, which grows strong, that is true, and covers the entire area, if you let it grow, but the density is quite irregular, I have faulty areas, in addition to the poor design. There's no point in complaining because they simply won't care... my entrances are still brutal, so the transplant in my personal case didn't bring any aesthetic advantage, lesson learned...... Very professional and friendly team, very good facilities! Congratulations to all of you
I had a micro hair transplant today at the Porto clinic. Spectacular clinical staff, with special emphasis on the nurses who were present during my procedure. They were unsurpassable in their dedication, professionalism, availability and friendliness. Additionally, they managed to make the environment fun, which helped to overcome the anxiety and nervousness characteristic of these procedures more naturally. With their constant attention and concern, they made the process very painless, which was a pleasant surprise for me. I can't yet evaluate the final result as I only carried out the procedure a few hours ago, however it seems well underway... but as for the service provided, I give it 5 stars without any doubt. Thank you very much!... (Show more)
This is not a clinic. It's a hub for sociopaths
Super professional team, excellent follow-up and super careful. I recommend it without any doubts.
UPDATE: In response to the defamatory accusation (saying that I was not a patient at this clinic), I have to say that I attached the letters that were given to me, before and after surgery, to prove that I was in fact a patient, contrary to what was said. The evidence is there! I have many more correspondence emails to publish, if you continue to deny reality. It is barbaric that this clinic is still open, knowing that in addition to being incompetent, it has now turned out that they are frauds. An authentic circus to extort money without any concern for customer satisfaction. I had a micro hair transplant (MTC) 2 and a half years ago. The first consultation was with an advisor, who immediately exerted pressure to deposit a percentage of the cost of the surgery. Without giving the patient time to think. This isn't right, but it's easy to be caught off guard! Any discount that may be offered is also misleading. In order to keep the patient at the clinic, given that the money is deposited and not returned. In my case it was €500. The second visit is for the transplant. This will not progress, of course, until the full amount has been transferred to their account. Now, to my surprise, the surgery was performed entirely by NURSES and an anesthesiologist. At the moment I didn't give it much importance, but obviously this is a huge deal for whoever manages this establishment. The only doctor present is the medical director who only appeared once to give an opinion during the procedure, but left after a few minutes. Absolutely all visits subsequently were also carried out by nurses who were trained for a specific thing. Without sufficient medical knowledge to clarify certain doubts and make decisions, with generic answers. On the day of treatment, a nurse removed the follicles from behind the neck, while another prepared them to receive them. They removed the follicles in the morning and then put them back in the afternoon. To my surprise, the follicles were stored in a domestic refrigerator, and not in a chest - as expected. It's a shame I only found out about this after my follicles had already been removed. They offered a good lunch and friendliness, but in the meantime more than half of my follicles were dying. They were in there for about 2 hours, from the time I removed it until they put it back in another area. I was obviously not happy with the result and the complaints are fruitless. As I said, more than half of the follicles did not survive. What's more, the nurses don't know where the hair should be inserted and I had gaps in certain areas. The follicles that were inserted grow in all directions except the normal direction of the hair. Bad result. They won't give me my money back, and I would never accept another MTC from this establishment to make it even worse. Waste of time and money. This is an establishment designed to make money with misleading campaigns against other clinics. Get nurses to do TCMs, and watch the money grow. Especially in Portugal! A country known for giving too much freedom to this type of fake clinics. It is easy to understand why only viable healthcare receives so much publicity. Because most likely the transplants made for television are carried out by the medical director to show results, unlike all other operations. The price is much higher when compared to other clinics, but as is the norm, advertising has no correlation with competence. I must say that all the nurses were very friendly and I was treated well, which hid this feat well. Later it turns out that they are hired just for appearances. After weeks of the scars being completely healed, we see the ridiculousness of not having qualified and honest doctors. There is nothing viable. Think carefully before proceeding with payment. Or cancel the MTC right away and ask for the money back, because you won't like the results. Don't do like me.... (Show more)
Be very careful, I don't recommend it. Do it in Türkiye. Later I will publish the results and you will see how weak they are.
Excellent support, very attentive team with incredible availability. I recommend!!!
Excellent results!
Fantastic team! Very fun team, with excellent quality and professionalism! I recommend! Don't hesitate, it's really worth it, if only for the friendliness of the entire team! 😂👏👍👌Enjoy! …
I went to an evaluation consultation and in addition to being very well received, I was well informed. Thank you to everyone who welcomed me and helped me decide what was best for me... I recommend it, it's worth it!
I had the micro hair transplant at this excellent clinic, more precisely at the Porto clinic! I was treated very well, always with the utmost care. Congratulations to the entire staff, from nurses to doctors. They are all excellent professionals and very competent, as well as being very friendly and available... the day was very well spent and everything went incredibly well. I can't help but give special thanks to the team that worked specifically with me, nurses: Cátia Mané, Angélica, Filipa Castro Bebiana, Catarina Matos and Elisabete. In short, it is a super effective treatment and one that I recommend 100%. I'm really very satisfied! Compliments, Nuno Silva... (Show more)
First of all, I want to inform everyone who still has doubts, that I have a Twitter profile called "Clínica saúde Inviavel" to expose all the crimes of this "clinic". I want you to understand that this "clinic" is more of an AGGRESSIVE Marketing company than really a transplant clinic. They don't have many success stories and so they spend thousands of euros on ads on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TV, partnerships with barbershops, etc. It's almost impossible not to hear about this "clinic" because they really spend thousands putting their name in our ears and selling a "dream" that they know they can't make come true. Convinced by the various examples of famous people I witnessed, I went to the clinic for a first consultation, where I was seen by a "doctor" "doctor" "propagandist" "Marketeer", whatever you want to call her, but without a doubt someone who doesn't understand ANYTHING of the procedure. I also want you to understand that practically all the "girls", as in a good "girls' house", are beautiful and friendly, with compliments and a well-trained speech (all that was left was to ask to buy them a drink). These "girls" will answer all your questions... - It's painful? 👩🦰 of course not, he even falls asleep. - Does it leave scars? 👩🦰 no scars in the fue technique, no one will realize you had a transplant. - Do I have a good donor area? It's just that I only have 2 hairs at the back. 👩🦰 GREAT donor area, you are perfect for the transplant. The conversation will always be this and the answers do not vary, because as I said, the speech is trained, whether you have a spectacular donor area, or just 2 hairs at the back of the neck. Later in the dialogue, you will question the price. The "girl" will propose a value, and this value is not a fixed value, because up until now, she has been understanding through the conversation, your economic conditions and your strong or indecisive desire to carry out the procedure! After the proposed value, the AGGRESSIVE SALE comes into action! You say you will think about it, or you schedule the transplant 2 or 3 later. Then, the girl opens her eyes wide and leans you against the wall, saying in a persuasive tone that if you have the transplant TOMORROW, you will have a 500 or 1000 euros discount. Obviously, 500 or 1000 euros less, you have to think twice, and without thinking much about it, you end up giving in. But it's not over yet! To "arrest" you or at least withdraw some immediate money from you, you will be informed that you will have to leave €300 as a deposit. If you call to inform you of the cancellation of the procedure, they will not refund the €300, and their lawyer will start calling your phone insulting and threatening. (SO FOR THOSE WHO ARE THINKING OF GOING TO AN ASSESSMENT CONSULTATION, NEVER LEAVE A SIGN) Then the day arrived, and I, super excited, arrived at the "clinic" where I found the procedure room full of other "girls", younger, around 19/20 years old, with no experience, probably interns, ready to "me" operate". I wrinkled my nose but thought to myself that they would be the Doctor's assistants, a surgeon, whatever. What is certain is that the DOCTOR, SURGEON, never arrived and it was they, some "girls" probably coming from a direct line at ESKADA, who operated on me. Unfortunately, I was already too into the situation and went ahead. This is me today, more than 2 years after the transplant, my donor area is completely disfigured in the shape of a rectangle and full of white dots that are noticeable up close. Let me explain what happened there and the name of this deformation! It's called "overharvesting", which means that the (20-YEAR-OLD GIRL) who extracted the follicles was poorly prepared and removed too many hairs very close to each other and not in a dispersed manner. If they ask me if I didn't go to the clinic, I either asked for the money back or sued them, just like everyone asks me. Yes, I went to the clinic, and the answer they will give you, like all the others, IS ALREADY TRAINED, because it has been given to many other people...... (Show more)
I had a hair transplant 15 days ago I wasn't able to finish it completely because it was very painful, I suffered too much pain and had to stop halfway through the procedure. service is TOP, nurses are always available. The scales have all fallen off and you can already see the implanted hair growing... (Show more)
