I don't recommend it to anyone. Apparently good, but it didn't satisfy me due to certain small, for me big, details.

The worst clinic ever. Be careful with Insparya too, because the people are the same. It's all a trick, don't fall for the vicar's story. Better to go to Türkiye or Brazil. They promised one thing and the result was another. And they never wanted to solve the problem. As you can see in other comments, it is always the same scheme. Do your research before doing anything with this company. If you go to an analysis appointment, in addition to the consultation, you will pay an entry fee... and they tell you that if you don't pay right away, you will lose the discount. Very bad work. I had a transplant at this clinic more than 2 years ago, days after I had the transplant I mentioned how bad I found the services, I had a lot of problems with healing, what I was told when I called there not to make calls about what to do about it to discomfort, because they were not urgent. I also mentioned how I had a lot of pain during the operation despite having injected anesthesia and how the area that was to be transplanted was not completely filled as mentioned in the first diagnosis, the response I had to this video was the president of this company calling me personally and threatening saying that if he didn't delete the video he would sue me and that he had already spoken to his lawyers about the possible progress of this process if I refused to delete it. I deleted it, but the result is still unsatisfactory and I am now evaluating it. I was told at the first diagnosis that I would never be bald again, which is a lie, the transplant didn't give me much hair, which I was very disappointed with, I feel like I still have less hair than I had before and I really regret having done it. transplant at this clinic, I sincerely recommend it to anyone not to do it here. After having a result that I sincerely knew was something I would never do, a bad post-care treatment and being harassed and threatened by the president of the company himself, I am deeply saddened and recommend that if the person is thinking about this option that they do it in a service that has real results and cares about the customer. I had my surgery a year or so ago, I was completely disappointed! The customer is only welcomed in the first evaluation until payment is made, then it's just the numbers. I don't recommend it to anyone! It's money thrown in the trash

Good morning, The doctors, nurses and even the staff at this clinic are liars and cheats. They receive you in a very polite and kind manner, but after the surgery, their attitudes change completely. The procedures are carried out by nurses who, most of the time, are busy laughing and talking. Lack of professionalism and courtesy. I have already filed a lawsuit against them in the Lisbon court. There is no medical monitoring. The treatments are carried out by professionals who are not very committed and fall short of what they advertise. It's just marketing and sales techniques.

I had my FUE transplant procedure yesterday at the Saúde Viavel clinic in Parque das Nações, before carrying out the procedure I did research for 3 months evaluating all the clinics in Turkey, Brazil and Portugal, I decided to do this evaluation because I had read some bad reviews about Clínica Viavel and I had the best impression from the first consultation, until yesterday when I had a hair transplant with a spectacular team where, throughout the procedure, they made me feel safe and the treatment exceeded my expectations. My experience with Viable Health was excellent. One year after having the transplant, I couldn't be more satisfied. I was very well received, and the procedure was painless. For those who say it is high, I agree, but these are the prices charged in Portugal in general. But I like to think that it is an investment for life in the long term, as I know that in the transplanted area I will never have baldness problems again.... (Show more)

I carried out the procedure on 10/23/2020 at the Lisbon clinic (Parque das Nacoes) and my experience was terrible due to the excruciating pain I felt. The procedure was carried out by technicians, I believe to be extremely competent, with the support of doctors, who attend several procedures simultaneously, and this information was omitted even though I had asked on more than one occasion. In my specific case, the medical support failed in terms of anesthesia, my pain exceeded the limit of what was bearable and on several occasions the technical team requested the presence of support doctors, who were involved with other patients and made me wait in agony to receive the anesthesia, which also did not last long or did not cover the area to be subjected to the transplant. As the procedure was very recent, I still don't know if the result will meet the expectations I was given or not. From my point of view, Saude Viavel prioritizes profit over patient well-being, and makes the mistake of confusing marketing with quality. Certifying bodies should be more careful and Cristiano Ronaldo should be more careful with the companies with which his image is associated. Good afternoon, 2 years ago I came to complain that I was not satisfied with the service provided, as I had a surgery scar and they did not perform implants in that area, today I come to thank the excellent team that was ready to correct this lack of implants as they did not implant them for precaution which demonstrates professionalism and concern for patients, as after confirming that it was safe I underwent a new transplant again, now I am 100% satisfied and I thank the entire team for the excellent work, if at the time they didn't do more it was as a precaution for me. After waiting 30 minutes for the first appointment, the excellent decoration in the hall no longer had the same charm and I decided to leave.

What can I say about these people! A friend of mine had an operation there, he spent almost €5,000 on the operation he had and there were no results and they weren't even able to give him his money back. Still bald. Sadness.

At first they are very attentive and provide an excellent service to find a solution for the client, convincing them that they will obtain excellent results. After getting the customer's yes and payments, things change. On the day of the transplant, they are asked to sign documents stating that if something goes wrong or the results are not as expected, responsibility can never be attributed to them. In terms of marketing and sales, they are very good because they convince people with photos and results of so-called famous people and then disappear. When we talk to the nurses about our dissatisfaction, they say that they did the best with what they had and that the sales colleague must not have explained it well or did not evaluate it well. This is the summary of my case and in the end they only advised me a new transplant at a price lower than what I paid (I'm still waiting to receive the proposal).
