I had an appointment for a dental cleaning at 3 pm. As usual, out of respect, I always arrive to my medical appointments or commitments 15 minutes in advance. Be careful when coming to this clinic. A friend was given biopolymers 12 years ago. It is understandable, there was no knowledge of how harmful it was. But it turns out that today, talking to a cousin, she told me that they put biopolymer on her lips 4 months ago!!!! How is it possible ??? It turns out that she filed a complaint with the college of surgeons and apparently the Colombian ""doctor"" who gave him the biopolymer had 8 complaints at the college of surgeons. How do they hire someone without knowing their history, especially if they are foreign????? Especially with a supposed dermatologist daughter of the owner?? How did that happen ?? I would give 0 stars if I could, just like another review I read. Dental cleaning in 10 minutes, SUPER BRUSCA the woman who did it. It's been 4 days and my gum still hurts. He even brought tears to my eyes from the pain and just said "oh girl, I'm not making it hard for you." I wouldn't go back even if they paid me for a dental cleaning there. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Terrible service. The worst dental cleaning I have ever had. It didn't even last 10 minutes. It seems that the only thing they are interested in is money. They abused my gums to the point that they bled. They hurt and they are swollen. A dental cleaning shouldn't hurt for someone with a healthy mouth. I do not recommend this place, it is a waste of money. Things are done with love and patience, not in a rush.... (Show more)

I would not recommend dermatology doctor Dinora Ochy. From the beginning I was more worried about giving myself a new appointment than solving my skin problem. He diagnosed me with "maskacne" the diagnosis was not bad but the treatment based on antibiotics was, when what I had was a local problem. Another doctor solved what she couldn't in an appointment. For a change, the medication she sent me caused me to be allergic and it was a world of effort to contact her so that her response was "stop taking it and see you at the next appointment" which was in 3 weeks. Bad customer service, one accompanying the couple for their treatment and they tell them that they cannot come accompanied, that the companion must wait outside the premises, having a waiting room

The worst odontological experience. I had four molar fillings done and chewing is annoying. I returned to the office and both the assistant and the doctor told me that it is normal. (But in all four???). They didn't give me a solution to the problem. Apparently I'll have to look for another dentistry office. Very poor attention and professionalism.... (Show more)

The service is excellent, the prices are comfortable and each girl who works there is very kind and attentive. Dr. Dinora is very dedicated to what she does and is very kind.
