Clinica Robles

I flew from the states on recommendation to get a facelift by Dr. Robles. The morning after the surgery another young doctor came into my room to check on me he had been (in training )so he did one side of my face and that side of my face was extremely swollen and the doctor never told me he was bringing in another young doctor for education. They didn’t do a deep plain facelift so after several months I didn’t look as good with sagging skin and I had extreme red scars around my ears. Plus I had what’s called pixie ears. DO NOT GET TATTOOS AT THIS CLINIC! 30 sessions, almost 3 years of treatment AND THE TATTOO STILL HAS NOT COME OFF. The procedure is super aggressive with the skin, they tell you that depending on the tattoo, it lasts approximately 12 sessions. I made DOUBLE and they can't tell me how much is left or why it doesn't end up coming out. Attention is the worst of all. They wanted to increase the price of the session 20 minutes before having it, DOUBLE. I told them that I didn't like it, much less the manners and that they had raised me 2 months ago! The answer was who I understand is the owner because she never showed up, a woman who, if you know her, you realize is not mentally well, with a NINE MINUTE AUDIO (!!!) I was already entering the clinic so I didn't. Listen, I wouldn't even listen to it! If it is so extensive we will talk about it in person, zero professionalism, not serious! I said this same thing to the receptionist, which hurt the ego of this Celeste who after the session (which I paid before entering at the price agreed by WhatsApp) CAME OUT TO YELL AT ME AND KICK ME HOW I WAS GOING TO LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING OVER THAT I DON'T LISTEN TO HER AUDIOS (crazy is not enough) Obviously, when I clarified to her that I had already paid for it and that HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TALK LIKE THIS TO ANOTHER PERSON, PATIENT OR NOT, she got all nervous, didn't know where to go, and didn't apologize ANYTHING. Do yourselves a favor and look for other clinics, there are a lot and they don't differ that much in price. I take advantage of what happened with Silvina Luna to leave a review here so that you don't end up in this clinic where I had my breasts done 10 years ago. They made a mess of me. The stitches opened and I was left with a giant scar on both breasts around each areola that can only be reduced with 3 surgeries. Everything disastrous.... (Show more)

Dr Robles is the best, he operated on my lolas and the attention was a luxury, I have recommended friends and they were all very satisfied, I wouldn't settle with anyone else

Regarding tattoo removal I did not have a good experience, until I found another place with another laser that does not hurt the skin.

His father, Dr. Marcelo, the creator of that clinic, operated on me as an apprentice when I was 17 years old, even with aesthetics, which I do not charge to practice, a doctor, wise, human, the best doctor I knew, Juan José, me.
