Since I was a child, I have had dental trauma because of an accident I had and at the time it was treated in cold blood! Just thinking about going to a doctor's office gave me a trigger and it was like I was going back in time! Recently that same tooth started to cause problems again and I had to see a dentist urgently, but what about the fear?! It was then that, searching on the internet, I found Odontoliuzzi and through the reviews made here I gathered the courage and made an appointment. It was the best thing I ever did!!!! At the beginning of the treatment I needed the company of a family member, but now I feel safe and confident to go alone. I thank the anesthesiologist Dr. Gustavo who put me to sleep so I didn't feel or remember anything. I would also like to thank Dr. Camila and Renata for their dedication, patience and excellent work. I had three implants done in two sessions six months apart. As someone who is a non-Portuguese visitor I highly recommend this dental office. The staff are highly professional and warm and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was very knowledgeable and skillful at her craft. I arrived at the clinic on the recommendation of a friend. I went in fearful, because I have a TMJ problem and difficulty keeping my mouth open...but I needed to have a root canal treated. The professionalism I encountered and the loving attention I received from each of them helped me overcome my fear. Excellent team, unique, won my trust and admiration! Professionalism, excellence, perfectionism, respect for health standards and humanism. These were the main qualities that I identified at Clínica Odontoliuzzi. I've always been afraid of going to the dentist and, at this current stage, of catching the coronavirus, but if there was one place where I felt safe, in all aspects, it was at this clinic. I am halfway through my treatment and, to date, the care that all Odontoliuzzi professionals have taken with the safety of their clients has been enormous. They don't schedule many people for the same time, preventing internal crowding. There is considerable distance between the chairs in the waiting room. At the entrance to the clinic, in addition to 70% alcohol, there is a pot full of disposable surgical shoes that everyone must put on over their shoes, preventing the circulation of viruses and bacteria. All professionals wear a mask at all times. Customers can only remove the mask when they sit in the dentist's chair and, at the end, they must replace it to move through the clinic and leave. The clinic is very clean, modern and pleasant. Dentists always put protective glasses on their clients, meaning they are fully cared for. Professionalism and respect for customers at the highest level!!! As for the treatment, even though I haven't finished it yet, I'm really enjoying it. I was informed about everything that would happen, and they were always available to answer any questions. I had a fracture in a premolar and that's why I went to the Clinic. Friends even recommended other dentists to me, but I was convinced of going to Odontoliuzzi due to the intense research I did on the internet, in particular, reading the comments here (I'm glad I followed the results of my research). Dr. Natália, in addition to being a professional of technical excellence (she explains the treatment in detail), is a very human dentist. Constantly asks if I am feeling discomfort or pain. Wait for the anesthesia time (there is no rush in the treatment). The result of the injectable resin, which she applied to my upper front teeth, is spectacular (it was a transformation, thanks to Dr Natália). I'm smiling at everything now. Before it was more restrained. I had my teeth whitened with Dr. Andrezza, who is also very technical, detailed and humane. Excellent professional, just like Dr. Natália. The whitening result far exceeded my expectations. I didn't even know I could have white teeth. The clinic's technical assistants are also extremely professional and establish a safe channel between the client and the dentist. I had to reschedule some appointments and Lisiane helped me a lot.
