The telephone service is unfortunate, they never answer the calls, they refer you to the website and a form to which they do not respond. They answer after 5 days calling and the answer is that I have to continue waiting for the appointment and they will answer me and that is for an ultrasound.

Good afternoon, today, 01/04/2024, my wife and I went to the emergency room to be checked for severe abdominal pain (she is pregnant). We went at 12:15, it was 3:30 p.m. and we were still in the waiting room. A couple also enters the emergency room and after half an hour of waiting, a doctor arrives and because they are known to the patients, he immediately passes them by. Several people have complained why there were people waiting there for 4 to 5 hours, others even more. The triage girls were a shame, they only talked and had their cell phones in their hands. I was admitted to the emergency room with an ambulance transfer on the 17th of this month due to renal colic. They immediately performed the relevant tests, admitted me and gave me an antibiotic drip. I had surgery the next day. Doctor Fantova Alonso did it. Golden hands (he inserted a catheter that I didn't even notice) and exquisite treatment in his explanations before and after the intervention. All the girls on the floor also treated me with extreme kindness. They attended to my needs immediately and always smiling. They make a great team The food, I didn't have much appetite and I stopped trying things, but what I had was very delicious and all cooked naturally. The room and the cleanliness were all very good. 6/14/22 Yesterday I arrived at the emergency room unable to walk, they were unable to bring me a wheelchair. After a while they told my husband that he could get one😂😂😂. My husband had to take the only lady who was with us in the waiting room in the wheelchair because the girls at the reception had no one to serve , but very busy in their conversation. The doctor's attention was very professional and thanks to him today I am much better. Thank you Dr Artero. Oct-2021 Every day worse and paying! The emergencies are laughable, there are almost no patients and you spend 3 hours or like what happened to me when I went with my daughter and we left at 3 in the afternoon from 11 in the morning... No comments. The nurses are very nice. What's wrong is the management. Dec-2021 We have returned to the emergency room with my daughter, today they have gone to all kinds of trouble and we have come out with tests done. Dr. Moros Peña treated my children urgently. They have never treated us worse, I don't understand how someone like that can be a pediatrician, bad education, I treat my children with contempt. An experience to forget. I certainly don't know how a hospital like this can have a doctor with so little empathy. Let him dedicate himself to working with machines and not with children.... You call to make an appointment, they refer you to another phone number that has you waiting until they hang up on you…. You manage to talk to a person so they can solve your problem and they don't even respond, they have you listening to the conversation they are having...which is embarrassing...

Trying to talk to someone is too complicated, I've been trying to talk to questions for 4 days and they hang up on me. I will have to travel from one end of the city to another for some recipes that I don't know if they are ready because they are not able to answer a call.

Awful! I have insurance with ASISA, which I certainly don't recommend because they refer you everything here and in order to make an appointment for some tests, they refer you to a central telephone number in Madrid and it's crazy... it took me 2 days to make an appointment and still I do not have it!!!! I have finally chosen to have them done at another center, and I hope that ASISA does not cause problems, which of course compared to other health policies that I have had before, a total disaster!... I had to go to the emergency room the other day because I couldn't stand the pain anymore and they treated me wonderfully. I hope I don't have to go to the emergency room many more times because it will assume that I feel fine, but if I need it, Montpellier will be my first option without a doubt.
