I've been going to this clinic for years, but since last year I haven't recommended it. In addition to the numerous delays that occurred in my appointments (the Doctor always had an unforeseen event or an emergency patient), today I tried to schedule an appointment and the next date was in two months, but if I wanted a private appointment, it would be in 9 days because the Doctor "has an extra schedule". Clearly the clinic has always prioritized private care and discriminates against care via health plan. A shame, as I loved Dr.'s care.... (Show more)

Good morning! We appreciate your feedback and will try to clarify which doctor you mentioned. We just think it is pertinent to clarify that the clinic does not have any responsibility for the schedules of the professionals who rent space. It is each health professional who defines times and slots for appointments through an agreement or privately. Some only provide private consultations, others numerous agreements, some only Unimed. Regarding possible delays, obviously each professional's routine care is their responsibility, but we will take your complaint to the doctor responsible for your care.
