Doctor Ângelo Rebelo is one of the most honest professionals I have met. He saw my case and referred me to Doctor Póvoas because my case is visceral fat, if he was like many others he would invent something and take me 3 or 4 thousand, but it wasn't serious and he didn't even charge for the consultation.... Excellent clinic for those who don't set foot there ☺️
Excellent professionals! I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Ângelo Rebelo in August and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result! Progress was quick thanks to the continuous monitoring of nurses Nádia and Íris and also thanks to dear Analu, who accompanied me during the manual lymphatic drainage sessions. The advice and availability 7 days a week from Dr Ângelo's team were crucial in my recovery. Now, I am a more confident and extremely happy woman thanks to Clínica Milénio 🍀🥰 With gratitude, Cristiana Vieira 🙏... (Show more)
I recommend !
Excellent professionals!
Excellent professionals and a worthy clinic. Doctor Angelo is an excellent professional, my wife and I are very happy. I recommend this clinic to everyone....
I had two rhinoplasties with Dr. Ângelo Rebelo. Yes two! The first one was bad and the second one was even worse. I had a deformed nose. Of course, I haven't done the third one at this clinic. To be avoided.
Honestly, if you're not a television star, don't set foot there... quick consultations, no time to listen to us... just thinking about money... a cosmetic operation by an amateur... this doctor is sad... anyway
from service to marking dislike and bad surgeries. They only serve people who are high for them. bad and irresponsible clinicians. except Dr Figueiredo. reception is disgusting. what a horror
Expensive, and the worst experience I had.
I went to the Milénio clinic several times, I always paid for everything using an ATM, the reason I stopped going was a lack of professional ethics, terrible service, horrible, doctors earn little, Dro Ângelo is on his last legs due to the fact that he has so many debts, hence the good Doctors in my time have left, public figures are whatever, that is, they give treatment in exchange for publicity 😂 I think so, but the problem continues: the lack of professionalism, the lack of respect for those who have money, I met my doctor again in another clinic here in Portugal 🇵🇹 I'm super happy 😀 he's calmly responsible with a 5-star professional ethic ⭐️ because Portugal is small I got my doctor from here somewhere else I never went to a clinic again Millénio before the pandemic Dro Ângelo like that he doesn't go far and he doesn't make it There is no way to have that clinic that you wanted so much, right?????? Just debts 😂😂😂 I strongly advise you not to go to this clinic. Millennium is a serious matter... (Show more)
It's sad... a mammoplasty operation... a breast ruptured... 2 operations... and it didn't look as it should... you just want discharged people... appointments in a hurry... anyway... run away. .. seriously don't come here..
Thank you Dr Ângelo Rebelo and team for your enormous competence and wisdom, for your affection and care and miraculous hands.. It's fantastic to see the difference every day.
Everything was terrible: the service, the professionalism and the work ethic. They only look at their pockets (€€)
Huge lack of respect and consideration for customers. Appointment for 12pm and only got in at 6:22pm, fasting since the previous day. It was simply put in a room and literally "forgotten", without satisfaction or concern, of course... they already had 5k on their side... now wait if you want. All of this was an operation booked months in advance. It was planned to leave at 6pm at the latest, it was 9:30pm and I hadn't left yet. In addition to all the lack of respect and consideration they had throughout the day, after leaving we had to walk around Lisbon to find a pharmacy on duty, this with a person who had just had surgery and had not eaten for more than 24 hours. . Recommendation? ZERO.... (Show more)
Erase it, I'll do it here! You are only interested in public figures.
When you are incompetent and do not take responsibility, there is nothing more to say.
I went to the Milénio clinic in the Algarve, for a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery consultation. The worst customer service ever, disorganized receptionist, booked everyone for the same time, possibly. The room was full, people didn't keep a safe distance from each other. Upon arrival, the administrative staff treats people on your behalf, does not write an admission form and tells them to wait. No matter where. I asked if the waiting time would be hours or minutes, he said he didn't even know where Dr. Ângelo Rebelo was. There is no place to park in the surrounding space. I called Lisbon to lodge a complaint, no one called back with explanations about what happened. To run away from this place! Lack of professionalism!... (Show more)
I looked for a clinic that was supposed to be good. I have no words to describe the lack of professionalism and disorganization that I experienced at this clinic in just one evaluation consultation (I won't do any more). I contacted them via email to find out if there were alternatives and treatments for stretch marks and cellulite. The answer was yes and that I would have to have an evaluation consultation to assess what would be best for me. This consultation would cost €70. I agreed and the monetary issue wouldn't be a problem for me, I just wanted something that was really worth it and trustworthy professionals. For professional reasons I am only available on Mondays to carry out treatments (which may involve some periodicity). So I booked Dr Marisa for aesthetic medicine and dermatology at the suggestion of the administration. The vacancy was 1 and a half months away and I waited patiently. There was an earlier vacancy for another doctor on other days of the week but it wasn't possible for me. So it was. During the consultation with Dr. Marisa, my solution for stretch marks involved a treatment that Dr. Marisa could not do because she was leaving the clinic and would have to do it with another doctor and ask for a quote for that treatment at reception. He wrote down the recommended treatment on paper and asked reception for a quote to see another doctor if he so desired. For cellulite, he said it was complicated, because I wasn't overweight and I exercised and he only recommended a machine that they didn't have at the Milenio clinic and he gave me the name of a doctor to go to CUF that they had this specific machine for. my case. If you wanted to treat your stretch marks with her, leave me your email address on the same page to contact her. I go to reception and before paying, I show the paper with the treatment and ask for an estimate of the value or quote. Dry and inadequate response "you have to have an evaluation consultation with the Dr. So he can give you a quote". Very calmly I explain that this is what I came here to do today. And I explained everything clearly. He didn't want to listen to me or give me solutions, the answer was the same "you have to have an evaluation consultation with the doctor. If he is the one who is going to carry out the treatment". I expressed displeasure at having to have two evaluation consultations for the same situation and paying twice for the same consultation for something that was not my fault. The receptionist went inside to talk to someone, and when she came back she said that she would only pay for this appointment and that she would no longer pay for the next one. And I wanted to schedule the next one but it was only possible for 4th and 5th. Something that I mentioned in advance before making an appointment that I couldn't. I left it unbooked because I would have to look for other alternative clinics or organize my life in another way. And when paying, I asked for the complaints book to explain this entire situation. I was super cordial. I just found this situation really unpleasant and wanted to expose it. At that moment, the lady at reception became friendly and started to want to seriously resolve my displeasure. He went inside again and when he came back so I wouldn't write it in the complaints book, he said that I didn't need to pay for this consultation after all. As I mentioned at the beginning, my problem wasn't paying for the consultation, it was everything else. It was up to the clinic to provide answers to patients or, if it doesn't, charge for a service it didn't provide, or admit mistakes without having to ask for a book, something I never do and always try to avoid. In my opinion, a doctor who leaves and cannot provide answers to patients for this reason should not carry out first-time or assessment consultations, since it is obvious that patients will need to be followed up later, and answers, budgets , etc. I felt quite disappointed and waited so long for this appointment. I don't blame the doctor since she did her job and it's up to me to make the decisions. But in relation to the clinic, it seemed like it was at the social security desk and not at the millenio clinic. I found the service really surreal, the lack of preparation, the inability to resolve conflicts or day-to-day difficulties... and the lack of friendliness.... (Show more)
If I knew what I know today I would never have spent money on an operation that I had to undergo at the same clinic and which ended up being the same or worse, because they removed one problem and added another and even said that they can no longer undo the damage that was done. I do not recommend rhinoplasty AT ALL Now I will have to look for a competent doctor to try to remedy the situation.... (Show more)
