I wish all women to be able to give birth at the Clinica Mediterranea and to be followed by the best obstetrics, childcare and gynecology staff in Naples.
Nothing to say about the medical services, unfortunately, however, those who answer the phone are extremely rude, hasty and unpleasant, not knowing whether there is someone behind the phone who has a real serious problem or simply needs to have a check-up, a fact which does not justify the arrogance with which he responds. I'm just saying that due to his manner which is absolutely inadequate for those who work in such a structure, I will most likely have to postpone an intervention that I have been planning for months just because he has given me inaccurate information. I would add that if you don't have the patience to work in contact with the public, certain jobs shouldn't be done.... (Show more)
I felt at home, thanks to the entire gynecology department and a special thanks to my doctor, Dr. Neri star
Trained, kind and polite staff... We paid for the private room for the birth, terrible conditions, they are a money maker, 250 euros for a dirty, uncomfortable room, they charge for everything, even food for the guest... Money on money!
I was hospitalized for four days in the Vascular Medicine and Urology department for prostate surgery where I found PROFESSIONALISM on the part of the medical and nursing staff and everyone, so I want to thank them for their professionalism, I repeat, in particular DR Luigi Di Luise!! 🙏🙏 SIGNED R. Horrible experience, the journey of hope! Slow and completely disinterested staff. An hour just to check in (with 5 people in front of you), no explanation on how and what to do! Acceptable times for ECG and blood tests, but everything else done very, very comfortably. Anesthesiology visit with endless waiting times, anesthetist arrived an hour late and after 50 minutes left, leaving over 25 people outside. You enter at 8am and leave at 6pm if all goes well!!... Non-existent switchboard, hours and hours without response.
Excellent structure I can say that the gastroenterology department is excellent thanks to Dr. Domenico TARANTO.
Well done to Gerry Cala, you saved his life and you destroyed it. I've been in a wheelchair for 2 years for a simple carotid surgery, you destroyed my life. I have to depend on my family for all my needs. to the carotid artery
I was operated on for strabismus, an operation that went badly because my pupil was even more off-center and consequently my eyelid was lower. At the check-up the doctor advised me to operate on the good eye to "fix the situation". But experiments aren't done with animals either, shame on you!!!
I gave birth at the Mediterranean on January 28th. It was a beautiful birth, exceptional midwives, gynecologists and nurses, they supported me, encouraged me and pampered me all the time even though mine was an induced birth and we already knew the baby would be born very small, in fact he was only 2080 kg. My little one was looked after from the first seconds of life to avoid any problems and in the following days pediatricians and nurses took care of him to make sure he was well and could come home with me. I thank Dr. Canzaniello and all the gynecology and obstetrics staff infinitely, you are an amazing staff... thank you from me and little Gabriel ❤️... (Show more)
Visiting for an echocardiogram, appointment at 9.30, at 9.07 we wait for the 8.00 appointment to come in again. I would add that there is no possibility of an afternoon visit, only one day a week with an infinite waiting list. People work... I had to take a 2 hour work permit and will probably have to take the whole half day given the situation. I would also add that they directed us to the third floor where there wasn't a soul to ask where to go, only a very young and equally rude doctor who, despite working in the facility in the cardiology department, didn't know where to direct us for an echocardiogram.... Terrible assistance! If you don't make yourself feel good, patients' health worsens! Too bad I can't give a lower rating! Maybe by choosing first class at €500 a day you could go better... A shame!
Excellent medical, nursing, care and administrative staff. Thank you all on behalf of my dad for the top treatment he received
It is in disrepair due to the disorganization and hygiene of the premises
Mediterranea is certainly a certainty for its professionalism, the staff at the height of the Cardiology department, I believe is one of the best.
Delivery made in August 2023. Qualified, friendly and present staff. Gynecology department and excellent nursery. I recommend it to all future mothers.
Shocking, I've been contacting you for 1 month to ask for simple information and try to book a particular exam for my daughter but nothing. We're not from Naples and I have to go there to get some simple, absurd information!
Indirect but absolutely positive experience. The great professionalism of the doctors and nurses in the cardiology department should certainly be praised, but even before that the speed and competence of those who take care of the bookings: we had an emergency and we found great availability. Wonderful location, clean rooms and tasty food. I hope that work will be done on the exterior as soon as possible, perhaps eliminating those stairs at the entrance which are an architectural frill that is truly unsuitable for a hospital. Unique in their beautiful but faulty televisions and a reception that can see and is blind. Very convenient parking with friendly and helpful staff. LONG LIVE THE SSN!... (Show more)
I'll start by saying that I've never done a review. Tonight I took my daughter to the obstetric emergency room with severe pain in her ovaries (she gave birth to 5 months ago). Last week my daughter had her period for 1 day and then nothing more. but the pain continued, so she took a pregnancy test which came back positive. the next day he took the beta test which came back negative. With severe pain she went to the gynecologist who told her that she had nothing, not even signs of menstruation. The pain persisted and we went to the emergency room in the clinic. Where she was told she wasn't pregnant and that they couldn't visit her (without even an ultrasound to make sure of this). After my daughter with excruciating pain insisted on an echo they replied: "give me €70 and I'll do it for you straight away" This is the disgust we are experiencing here in Naples. I have no words, I'm ashamed of being Neapolitan, doctors who look at interest and money instead of looking at a patient's health at risk.... (Show more)
