I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, and now 30 have passed since I was supposed to be seen and I'm still waiting.

I recommend this clinic for definitive laser hair removal treatments, which is highlighted by the use of state-of-the-art equipment but also by the quality of the services offered. In particular, I recommend Anca Deac, who contributed significantly to the success of my treatment and made my experience an extremely pleasant one. Mrs. Anca Ciorogar and the ladies at the reception - top 10 people. Full of empathy, professionals, they listen to you and guide you with love. Mrs. Anca Ciorogar was patient with me and my acne and I am already in the 4th month of treatment and I am very satisfied with the results. Make sure that everything is done as per the book, in 6 weeks we meet again to see what progress we have made, if we need to change some skin-care products and necessarily to do the analyzes to make sure that there are no problems caused by the treatment. She always gives you her 100% attention, I never felt ignored or unimportant in your office. I only gave 4 stars because not every clinic with a large staff can be perfect. I have been dealing with severe rosacea for years and no doctor has found a solution for this problem.
