The condition of the building perfectly reflects the level of service. I arrived 10 minutes before the doctor's appointment, but I waited in a long queue at the reception desk. In the meantime, the ladies were dialing phones and the time to enter the office passed. I was directed to an office that was not marked in any way, but I waited politely in front of it even though it was dark and there seemed to be no one inside. After 10 minutes of waiting, another patient came and knocked on the door, and what a surprise I was when a doctor appeared! Of course, I said that I had been waiting for a long time and the doctor said "I need to knock". I often use various types of clinics (mainly private ones) and there I have to wait for a doctor to be called. This is a rather understandable practice, as a patient myself I would not want anyone to knock on the door during my examination. Of course, I turned around and went home! I do not recommend!!... Catastrophe. I had an appointment at the beginning of December for a gastroscopy at 12:30. I entered the office around 1:30 p.m., of course, without saying a word, without saying sorry, sit down, loser. At the reception I heard that I would receive the results by e-mail. A MONTH later, I have to call the hotline to find out that I have to go in person with a document to collect the results. Drama throughout.... (Show more)
Embarrassing place. Nothing is working properly. If you make an appointment here, come no earlier than 1.5 hours after the scheduled date to save yourself from sitting in a stuffy place among coughing people.
The doctor issued an L4, which is nowhere to be found - neither at the employer nor at the IKP. The ladies from the reception promise to ask, then silence, no response to e-mail, 30 minutes of waiting for a call. The next day, the same information and the employer asks what's going on...
I had a procedure performed under anesthesia to remove a large lipoma near my neck. The procedure was very professionally performed. Doctor Alina Kierznikowicz was amazing, as was the anesthesiologist and the entire staff. Thank you and I highly recommend it.
The waiting time for admission to an ophthalmologist for an appointment scheduled privately for a specific time is another two hours delay. I don't recommend it unless someone has a lot of free time.
I do not recommend this facility They can't arrange a test for a specific time and they throw everyone in at random, the result is that you have to wait in a queue for several hours, just like during communism. People waiting for occupational medicine are waiting in line on the stairs. You can call the Pope in advance, like the Clinica Medica.... (Show more)
Very nice ladies at the reception. All and always. I like the combination of the National Health Fund and private care. A large scope of tests and many doctors. Special thanks to the receptionist who helped me convey my results on Friday 😀

I do not recommend visiting Dr. Magdalena Neuman-Łaniec. My wife went to see her privately with her daughter, whose ear and stomach hurt. The doctor generally didn't care and wasn't particularly interested in doing the test. She took a cursory look at the ear because the baby is moving (I'll add that he's 6 years old), the belly doesn't know because it's not tense, and maybe a referral for a parasite test (which she didn't do anyway). Generally speaking, it's best to go to the emergency room - let the otolaryngologist examine her and say goodbye. So instead of visiting Mrs. Neuman-Łaniec, I recommend that all readers go to the emergency room immediately. At least you will save PLN 180.... (Show more)
This is already a drama, everything used to go quite smoothly, now there is a queue of 20 people and progress is like on the bypass after a collision... you stand there and nothing happens. Whoever started running this place like this should resign. Drama
The reception doesn't help, I have an appointment scheduled for 8:15 and I reached the registration window at 9:06. Nobody respects the patient's time here. And staff shortages are not the answer to waiting in line for hours because no one cares. Good clinic management would never allow this to happen. It's a pity because it was my favorite, but considering what's going on it's time to find another one.... (Show more)
Registration service below criticism. The very low personal culture of the lady in a plush pink tracksuit, with her hair tied up as if she was just going to take a shower, goes hand in hand with the nonchalance in boasting that she doesn't know her job. By checking out the person in front of me, she managed to unknowingly inform the entire queue about her ailments and the tests she had to undergo. My request was beyond my competence, so I was sent to the manager. The door shown to me turned out to be a utility room. After I returned to the reception and called "Ms. Ania", I heard that the manager would come in 10 minutes and the lady at the reception only works here, so what do I mean? Well, what I want is to get my medical documentation without having to wait almost a month for it, and for the person who is supposed to give it to me to be able to help me, or at least show some willingness to do so.... You need to have a lot of determination and health to use this entity. Doctor's appointments are constantly canceled. Total mess, no respect for the customer's time. I definitely advise against Adam P.
You can't call here and to make an appointment you have to stand in line for 40 minutes. I do not recommend
Chaos. Customers come for a previously scheduled appointment and the doctor is not there.
It's almost impossible to get through, I called for 50 minutes today and no one answered, I called the number and the registration was empty...
Registration is a total bu... PRL in a private institution. Just 3 people and no one can do anything. They mislead the patient and do not inform the patient about the result over the phone. Even though the hotline says they should. I do not recommend. However, the examination itself was carried out smoothly and efficiently.
I have been a patient of the clinic for years and there has never been such a mess as now. What does it mean that there is one big queue for registration for everything? Occupational medicine was separate until recently! I wonder who manages this mess!? Maybe soon they will be ordered to take blood samples and consult for doctors in this one place?! Today I came for an appointment with an adjudicator who was not even present at work, I do not recommend it and I will never come here again!... (Show more)
I can't get through at all, I tried dozens of times at different times of the day. When a free signal finally appears, no one answers anyway. Contact with the clinic is hopeless.
