About a year ago I had a very bad experience with this clinic. Since then I have seriously thought about explaining the reason in detail, even attaching here in images the history of my reports that I made about my case and that they have in their possession even though they did not want to collect it (I had to file a claim for it ) … But... due to lack of time I have not been able to make the assessment here, until now. For this reason I am only going to comment, and very briefly, that they did a real “botch” on my tooth with a root canal that became infected due to a bad procedure (it was not infected before doing it). Do a root canal and have a check-up two weeks later, just when the doctor returned from vacation, to which they alleged and I quote verbatim what the person in charge of the clinic told me when I returned very sore, with an infected tooth and after having conflicting positions. : "Dead the dog, the rabies is gone". He gave me the only solution to extract the infected tooth, with all that that entails. We debated the opposing points of view a little and I left. Then, after raising the situation again in a friendly manner so that they would refund me at least the amount of the botched root canal, the person in charge did not even want to attend to me again, or collect, as I said before, my reports that I wrote for them about what happened. The cost was the least important thing, but it is not fair that I have to pay for something that made my tooth considerably worse. I had to file a complaint with the Rincón de la Victoria City Council, in the Health and Consumer Affairs area, which I have to say did not pay much attention to me, they rejected it directly, without mediating anything, nor did they contact anyone. from both sides. That said, I had to go to another clinic, which out of respect I will not say the name, which like true professionals told me that they would try to save my tooth, that extraction is the last resort. And so it was, they saved it for me. I repeat, all this is very summarized and I could go into much more detail, as I already did with them. I don't like to make reviews in the past and it makes me very lazy now, because I have better things to do than to continue wasting my time as much as I wasted it at the time, and especially because thank God a lot of the “angry” has gone away. ”. But above all I do it because of the bad attitude and professionalism after the fact that I received and because of the “hell” they put me through with the damn tooth, with the pain from the infected root canal just in the summer of last year, from July to September. They will have very good evaluations I suppose, others not so good, this has been my experience, without further ado.
