Clinic which presents serious but when we ask for information they do not know how to answer. For years I've been using botulinum toxin, they'll tell you the price but on the other hand they don't know the product you're being injected with! You have to see the doctor, which means a consultation to see what you are being injected with, another to do the botox and another for the touch-ups. There is one consultation too many. I called several clinics who told me the products used and gave me an appointment if we agreed. We're not moving for nothing. Because if she doesn't have the product I want then we come to a consultation for nothing. As a reminder, there are several botulinum toxins, the molecule is the same for several of the trade names but not the adjuvants, which can make the effects different from one person to another, hence the benefit of knowing the names. When we buy paracetamol at the pharmacy we are free to choose doliprane, efferalgan, dafalgan same molecule but different commercial name and different excipients. I'm sorry to post this review but I didn't like this clinic and I won't return (I really haven't understood the good reviews it has). It seems to be aimed at "high-end" people. If you are a let's say "normal middle class" person like me, I don't recommend it. Furthermore, I noticed an eagerness to sell very expensive products that almost push you to buy. When you say you don't want them, they give you a bad look and the treatment is no longer the same. I removed some moles and had to retouch them because they looked raised, they retouched them and they remained the same but I didn't want to go back... I went to another dermatologist in Villajoyosa who fixed everything for me at once and didn't charge me a million. I removed 3 moles on my belly and the price was €280 to give you an idea (plus what they want to sell you after I didn't buy it). When I saw comments from people saying that they had been charged, I called them, since I was going to go straight from the gym. What was my surprise that not only had they not informed me but that the doctor who is the one who always takes the calls spoke to me in a very derogatory and offensive tone for having told her very politely that they should inform me of the cost of the consultation.
