They left my neck with 3 degree burns, the doctor at the well, the management and manager, a bad-tempered and despotic lady, washed her hands, after 6 years a thousand treatments and 3 operations I have left 2 scars on each side of the neck, it was a laser treatment to eliminate spots...yourself.

Dr.Guisantes performed my breast augmentation a year ago, the result is spectacular. I wanted something natural and she understood me perfectly, she gave me a lot of confidence and I would do it again with her with my eyes closed! Great professional!

I decided to go to this clinic because it had very high reviews, then I saw and understood that most of them were from people with very few reviews and that in medical matters the bad ones have to outweigh the good ones. With this I do not mean that another person cannot leave happy but in my case I have to recommend that you do not step on it. I went to get information and I liked the apparent professionalism of Sílvia and Dr. Eva Guisantes so I decided to have a treatment with them. Once the payment was made, the problems began to arise. First they changed my location, it was going to be in an operating room in a hospital and it was changed to a box in the same clinic. Later on the day of the intervention the Dr. arrived late Cola Zero in hand, in the final stretch of the intervention I began to feel pain, instead of giving me more anesthesia they encouraged me to hold on. It hurt a lot. At the end, instead of letting me go to rest after the pain from not having more anesthesia, they put me in a room where Silvia came to sell the nutritional part of the clinic where they “gave me” a diet to enhance results in exchange for spending €50 on the week in your diet products. I don't know if they always choose the patient's moment of weakness but it seemed to me, to put it mildly... ugly. The problems do not end here, the physiotherapist (a great professional) could not give me the last massage bonus that I received and it was given to me by a person without that qualification. And lastly and worst of all! The intervention was performed in another area, I did not find out until later when I saw that there were no results. I met with Silvia and Dr. Guisantes with some surreal explanations and denying everything and saying that from the beginning I had chosen an intervention on the flanks of the back instead of the flanks (searching on Google you can see that they are totally different areas) . As it is normal that you distrust me and think how is it possible for a clinic to do something like that, I leave you two documents from the same clinic that prove it: the first is the medical history that is written day by day and the second is the report that I requested to report this. You will also wonder if I have filed a complaint, the answer is no, paying a lawyer, an expert and without psychological consequences I only recovered €200. My advice, do not go to this clinic, there are great professionals in Barcelona where you will get what you are looking for at a lower price because it is also not a cheap clinic. I found out about the hair transplant that turns out that they act as intermediaries with another clinic, then I went to the other clinic because I had looked at it previously and the Mandri clinic charged me €5,700 (for doing nothing) and the other clinic without them as intermediaries charged me €3,000 Of course, Mandri gave me a neck pillow that I had to pay for because I didn't get them from intermediaries. If you still have doubts after reading me, I have no problem answering any questions on the subject.
