I would like to point out that I am in possession of written documents and testimonies from the people who accompanied me and nothing of what is written is the result of fantasies or of competitors who are trying to discredit. I invite you to think carefully before relying on psychology/neurology/psychiatry services offered by this facility. Even before finishing the introductory sentence, I was offered hospitalization at a high cost even though I could be treated at home and my life was not in danger. I refused. I was prescribed an absurd treatment that reduced me to a zombie in a few days. A living dead. Never been so bad in my life. It wasn't me anymore. I no longer had any strength, palpitations alternating with a slow heartbeat, tremors, mental confusion. The dear doctor had prescribed a dosage that was too high for my weight and, moreover, his therapy caused me the aforementioned collateral problems I had never had before, without bringing obvious benefits. Treatment No. 2 was already ready but, on the advice of my intuition and another figure, namely a doctor, I put the sheet of that splendid prescription in the basket because his colleague and my GP revealed to me that the dose indicated was not proportionate to my body weight. Furthermore, this professional allowed himself to call me "aggressive" (and other niceties) behind my back while speaking on the phone with a family member. Which has already become a hit for laughing with friends and family It's really true, come on, I growl and bite like a pitbull as well as having worked for years in contact with people: they all ended up in the emergency room bitten by me😂 A completely questionable and "double" attitude, that of talking behind my back, as he had 15 minutes to speak directly with me face to face and was certainly not attacked by myself. Instead, this professional preferred to hide behind the receiver rather than express his thoughts and claim the right to judge a person - in his absence - whom he doesn't know at all except for 10 minutes of conversation, from which anything could be deduced except aggression and all the rant to get to my mom. He knows nothing about me: he doesn't know my sufferings, my mistakes, my history, my successes, what I had to endure and what I encountered on my journey. A stranger judging a stranger on the phone, in her absence, talking to a family member of the stranger who obviously understood his little game straight away and immediately warned me in turn. In fact, my main health problem was something else: chronic disabling pain that had caused me insomnia problems and prevented me from having a normal life, not being able to work. I was hospitalized at the Le Betulle clinic recently and I felt very comfortable! The nurses are very kind and helpful, the same for the bar-restaurant staff. Being a private clinic it obviously has higher costs than another hospital, but in my experience it's worth it all!

Intervention in DH with overnight stay. Everyone is really super nice. The operating room and ward team are truly helpful and always smiling.

I already knew the Birches because my friends and relatives had told me about them, but unfortunately recently I was able to experience them directly having had psychological problems linked to family issues. I turned to them, in particular to the services of Dr Bertolli and Dr Ravera and I must say that I found myself very well. Once the hospitalization was over they entrusted me to Dr Federico Baranzini, their assistant. Nothing to say about him either, I continued the sessions for a few months and today I can say that I invested my money well. I found people rather than professionals who were very human and prepared. The only drawback is the distance from home and the not-so-cheapness of the place... If there were zero stars I would give them. I went there to carry out a simple urine test obviously without a prescription because it is not necessary in the rest of the world but, after an hour of waiting, they also rudely bounced me out, saying that I had to come back with the prescription. The next day I show up with the prescription and after another hour of waiting it turns out that my number was the same as that of another person, most likely it's not my lucky day because I had to wait another 15 minutes to make the my holy urine, also accused of having taken the ticket the day before... Bad experience, DIRTY healthcare services in the waiting room in great contradiction with the obligation to wear a mask, I would say that it is equally important and even more necessary to keep the bathrooms clean in order to avoid unpleasant illnesses. This morning, after having collected my number and having waited 40 minutes outside, I show up at the cash register with my request to pay the ticket for a simple laboratory test which, as previously communicated, is performed only on Tuesday mornings without a reservation but once I arrive. at the checkout I was told that the doctor who carries out that type of test isn't there and won't be there for the whole of November.
