Why this clinic using land line phone number? Every one in the Philippine has cellphone. I so hard and expensive to contact.

Avoid this one if I were you. The doctor here advice my mom to have her medical test at this hospital (very costly) and after waiting 3 weeks for the results, that same doctor told us that he can't read the test that they made since it's not his specialty. So he referred my mom to another doctor to have her results to be reviewed (this hospital will do everthing to make money). Next thing is, the new doctor advice my mom to have another test since the previous hospital only made a medical test on one side and need to have both sides examined which results to another expense. Good thing is the new doctor is nice and gave my mom a discount which help us a lot since we're on a tight budget. Hope we get a better results this time.... (Show more)

The people here are rude!!! Im going here directly because they don't answer their phones or their phone number just Ring only. I contacted them 30 times. So I decided to go directly to them. I'm talking to the guard here! I said hello, good afternoon. I'm calling your phone here to make an appointment. My dentist referred me here. the guard said: Ahhhh no one will really answer the inio here. there are no doctors here yet, they will be here later, not sure what time yet, but in Maya they will be here. are you going to look? Me: I'm in Throat. I have tonsillitis but I don't have fever cough and cold. It's not the throat that's swollen, it's just high up on both sides. Actually, I'm not going here because your doctor is in Medical City, in case he's still in Medical on Friday. Guard: Text the number there. Because you have to look at the Throat. Me: Ah, it's okay. Me: I tried to call first but he didn't answer saying something else. I went back to my brother's guard, brother, he didn't ring, how can they receive my text if he didn't ring? Guard: Ahhhhh That's not really ringing, don't call, just text. Me: right? Hey, how can they receive my messages? what if they don't receive it? Guard: You can't really call them that Me: ??! he went inside then I was outside waiting for answers from them. Me: Where can I wait? He pointed to me far away or there in the heat. he said in your car. I said I don't have a car. I just grab it. They are very rude here, they are unprofessional. I hope you fix your Management's behavior here! We all have things to go through in life, be kind to everyone. Especially for Patients! Worst doctor yet. Kept saying that he wasn't familiar with my friends condition and that we should come back to see his brother the surgeon. He even hinted that she might need surgery. No physical exam was done. Used a nasal scope to discover a normal nasal cavity which was already indicated in the CT scans we brought. He never read the CT report of findings. Hi i want to know how much the check up for the ear.in specific amount i want to get appointment For my 2yrs old baby he have hard wax.

Recently had cataract surgery. Reception area very large with fans and airconditioning. Staff all professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Equipment is state of the art. Waiting times may be long due to number of customers and popularity of the clinic. Price is very reasonable. Dr, Henson is very professional and friendly. He really knows his stuff. Poor management. We made a salamen and payment and then they sent us back on Saturday (May 19, 2018) 3pm onwards we arrived at the clinic at 4pm there was no one. Bad trip. It was a waste of time because they went out at 3pm, the guard said, Also eye front desk is arrogant not helpful dor customers/clients are rude, I don't know. Dr. Ruben the throat specialist is arrogant and disrespectful. Twice I have had my check-up with him, one in 2013 and latest this 2017. I remembered the rude doctor back in 2013, and forgot about who he was so when i went back this 2017 I didn’t know it was the same doctor. After I had my latest consultation only did I realize that he was the same arrogant doctor back in 2013 (no wonder). 2013: I had a bad case of tonsilitis. I knew it was tonsilitis because someone from the family has had one before so I knew how it looked like, and thanks to the internet I was able to google to double check. I also knew that I needed antibiotics to cure it because ot had gone from bad to worse. I went to Clinica Henson and since it was my first time they were the ones to assign me the doctor. The doctor asked me what the problem was and I said “I have tonsilitis”. He asked me how I knew, I said I googled. He answered, “O, na-google mo na pala e, bat nandito ka pa?” In a joking but VERY sarcastic manner. My brother and I were just looking at him. He checked my throat and said “Tonsilitis nga.” Then he told me about the meds, and added, “O na-google mo na din?” Like his ego as an effin doctor was squished to bits with the google thing like I was in college and not to mention a scholar meaning I wouldn’t go the doctor if I didn’t have to because I’d rather save the money but I knew I needed a prescription to buy antibiotics. I let this one go. 2017: A clicking in my throat had suddenly developed out of nowhere. It’s a phenomenon that hasn’t been explained by doctors up to this date, but thanks to my best friend google I learned that a lot of people are experiencing this too and somehow their doctors couldn’t figure out what it is as well after a thorough check-up. So having forgotten about the 2013 incident in Clinica Henson but wanting so bad to learn about the click in my throat every time I swallow, I knew I had to go to a throat specialist for this one. Since I don’t usually go to doctors, the only clinic I knew that specializes in these things is the EENT clinic, Clinica Henson. I also had no idea that there was only one doctor who specializes in throats. I thought there were like 3 or something so the chances of being assigned to the arrogant doctor from 2013 were slim. During my consultation he asked me what the problem was and I told him there was a click in my throat every time I swallow. He immediately answered with confidence, “Ah wala yan. Normal lang yan.” Without even doing a physical check-up. And I emphasized the discomfort I’m feeing and that it can be physically seen moving up and down from my throat. I was even the one to take his fingers to make him feel the click. I swallowed. Then his face went from serious to a smirk with an expression that says ‘I don’t take you seriously’ and said “Isa pa nga, isa pa nga.” So i did swallow and he said again, “wala lang yan.” So I said “okay, so wala lang nga po ito. But do you know why it happened to me all of a sudden?” Like hoping for just a little hint from a professional doctor who actually specializes in throats. Even theories would do. But he just told me, “Hindi e. You know what you guys think us (gesturing to him) doctors know everything, but we don’t.” Why the hell are you charging us P400 for then??? My poker face couldn’t go any more flat when I realized that this was the same doctor from 2013. And true enough seeing the records from my patient card, he was the one from 2013. Funny I wasted my P400 on a person who has a doctorate degree but doesn’t have the heart and humility of a true doctor. So there, I guess other doctors here are good. I haven’t tried. Been to this place. It is not air-con while waiting but it has ceiling fan installed. Only those inside the rooms which has air-con. The clinic time is 9-12 and 3-5. Waiting for the pending edit.
