Exam requires 12 hours of fasting. Exam scheduled for 9:00, we arrived early as requested, my father was called at 10:15 for the exam!

I scheduled an endoscopy and colonoscopy for my husband and I at this clinic, but their delay is inhumane. They made an appointment for my husband at 7:40, with the first appointment being at 7:30. It's 9:00, he's been fasting for over 12 hours and they still haven't called. It was like this for colonoscopy and endoscopy too, a delay of more than an hour. A lack of respect for the patient and companion. If they schedule the first appointment at 7:30 and the appointment is at 7:40, they have already called about 5 people in front of him. This start time does not match. Lack of respect. You should serve 5 people in 10 minutes, right? Terrible service! They schedule 10 endoscopies in an hour in a small clinic with a single nurse preparing patients and a single doctor performing the exams. I've seen here that the complaints are always the same. Excellent service and follow-up. They offer a wide range of agreements and plans, from basic to premium for Posto Saúde. The receptionists provide excellent service and provide excellent guidance. The professional service is also excellent! They value excellent patient care and monitoring!

The worst clinic I've ever seen, the reception is 0, prejudiced and unaware of the real function of an environment that deals with human health. Unfortunately, it is a problem in the administration, as they do not seek to know about customer satisfaction.

Excellent doctor, but terrible administration. They scheduled an endoscopy and when they arrived to perform the exam after all the preparation, there was no doctor to perform the procedure. Total lack of respect, not even a call to cancel, disappointing….

I will not be able to evaluate the doctor, as I was unable to schedule the appointment. The reception service is terrible! Even if you come with a recommendation from another doctor and with an EMERGENCY REQUEST, the attendants don't give a damn.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:20 and now it is 9:10 and no appointment. When I asked the receptionist why I hadn't been seen yet, she informed me that the doctor hadn't arrived yet. Try arriving hours late at work to see what happens, this is my Brazil. #forabolsonaro #vafinaja
