In this clinic we were treated by Dr. Zafra, who turned out to be a more than competent doctor. He makes sure that the patient understands all the steps of the process, explaining the test results in a simple way and all with a very humane treatment. All of this has generated confidence in their decisions and, given how bad things are with these issues, we had peace of mind. Regarding the Madrid Clinic, it has the advantage of not being a huge and overcrowded center, and they gave us an appointment quickly, and in general the treatment was very good.... (Show more)

My experience throughout the pregnancy and delivery has been phenomenal, many special thanks to Doctor Zafra Villaverde for all his attention.

After making the appointment almost a month and a half in advance, I arrived 3' late because there is no parking in the area, and the doctor had left. Outrageous, when the person at the reception replied that right now, there was another patient. Come on, he left two patients hanging. If they say that if you can't attend, let them know 24 hours in advance, it's normal for them to call, if it's the doctor who's leaving! Little respect for the patient. A waste of time. If you go for an analysis it's fine but don't even think about going to the neurologist. He doesn't know what he's doing and I have enough papers to sue him.

They give appointments to two different patients with the same doctor at the same time. They see the first patient half an hour later, and I have been waiting for 45 minutes now, having tried to arrive at the appointment on time! It seems disrespectful to those of us who have to finish the work day early, or juggle any other obligation.... (Show more)

Worst treatment of my life received from the general medicine doctor, Dr José Maria Abad Esteban. I put 1 star only because I can't put zero stars. I entered his office with a report downloaded to my phone from a specialist and he told me that he was not going to read it or touch the screen to expand the information. He treated me terribly, his patient care is horrible and his help was zero! When I left the consultation, in which I only spent 30 seconds, I asked the girls at the reception to cancel my insurance card, which they had given prior to the appointment and they did so. I have visited this clinic for the ENT service, they have treated me correctly and I am delighted with the audiology service where they have advised me in a 100% reliable manner.

A real disaster. I asked for the first appointment for the podiatrist and he showed up calmly half an hour later. Of course, he doesn't know what apologies are and when I caught his attention he got cocky. Fatal attention. Horrible experience. The receptionist Paloma was super rude because I wasn't wearing a mask and told me either I brought one or I should "get out." After going to a pharmacy and getting a mask, I came back. He told me that if I had a problem I should file a complaint, and then without respecting my right to privacy he asked out loud what specialty I was going to, something that no one in the waiting room cares about. Terrible service, I have not been able to make the appointment because they NEVER answer the phone. If you write on WhatsApp you either receive a half-hearted and passive aggressive response or they just ignore you. They called me at 09:57, I couldn't pick up the phone and when I tried to call back ONE MINUTE later they no longer picked up the phone. At first I wrote after hours what I didn't know. I write this review at 12:54, I have not been able to make the appointment in 4 hours, which seems unacceptable to me.
