Good afternoon. Just to alert you to the appointment scheduling situation. Sometimes they fail to comply with the appointment. This makes user management difficult, especially considering the difficulty of rescheduling... I am grateful for the attention given by the Clinical Director who did not hesitate to come up with alternatives.

Clinical services not at all recommended. The day after the root canal, in a tooth with no previous infection identified, I had an abrupt infection with great swelling on the face and eyelid. I went back to the clinic, they prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and demanded payment for a new consultation. I complained to the clinical management, they took time to respond and ended up making an appointment with the doctor, Dr Joana Lourenço, who simply confirmed that the clinical procedure had been perfect! ....None of this would be expected from a medical clinic, therefore, nothing recommended! I went to the clinic urgently yesterday due to pain in a tooth, the doctor did an X-ray and identified a cavity and the need for root canal treatment, prescribed painkillers. She said she couldn't do it, she would have to make an appointment, I went to make an appointment for April. Would you stay on painkillers until April? Is this the resolution of an emergency? I wanted to thank Dr. EDUARDO CRUZ all the total implant work done for my husband, who is 86 years old and has been a smoker since he was 14, who apparently had nothing to do, such as the state he was in, but DR. EDUARDO CRUZ, with great courage and kindness, agreed to treat him and the result was FANTASTIC! THANK YOU DR. Friendliness is a "plus" in the house. However, the performance of professionals is very irregular. I started the removable prosthesis placement treatment well, but the end did not live up to expectations. Prosthesis that causes discomfort in the mouth and difficulty speaking, thick, teeth that are not suitable for eating, it seems that I have protection in my mouth like the ones that boxers put on before fighting. I <$_3>. I think the best thing is to make a new prosthesis but with a different technician than the first one. See what's next. But relations are of the greatest courtesy.... (Show more)

I would love to be seen by Dr. Cautela (father) but this clinic is no longer what it used to be! I don't understand why they have 3 contacts if none of them are operational. I went to the clinic to have my 3 wisdom teeth removed. All the specialists I went to before immediately refused to perform the surgery. Meeting Dr Rui was a real salvation! I blindly trusted his professionalism and could not be more satisfied with the end result. It was good... Dr. Cautela father, come back! Worst customer service staff ever. Good customer service training wouldn't hurt. I won't go back there again and the family will follow.
