Clinica Dos Arcos

Contrary to what I read, I found the clinic to have super accessible staff. From the reception staff to all the other staff! Nothing bad to say!

Run away! This clinic is a real nightmare. I accompanied a friend to a procedure. I only observed deplorable situations. Starting with cleaning, which DOESN’T EXIST! I can't imagine what kind of DOCTOR can stand at peace in front of a place like this and think that everything is "fine". The reception was completely unprepared and uneducated. They left my friend after the procedure without a covering, freezing to death. They treat patients as if they were animals in stalls. This place is like a horror movie. People crying in the corners, blood dripping without cleaning. If it's like this in front of our eyes, think about what it's like behind the scenes where we can't see. I heard they make interruptions in this place... imagine how they do it and what they do with the "leftovers". I imagine a "c@rnyficin@" Don't do anything in this house of horror.... (Show more)

Mean staff (not all but majority), no punctuality, doctors don’t even understand a word in English and don’t take the time to try to explain anything, there is a nurse with you that plays the role of a translator. They really rush you. Overpriced ultrasound with a very very old machine with no sound, and they don’t give you the result at the end. The nurse is so mean.... (Show more)

Horrible. They say to be there at 9am, they only open at 11am, I don't recommend it... If I could, I wouldn't give a damn

Worst possible experience, they ask you to drink plenty of water to do a urine test, you arrive at the place with a scheduled time to wait 2 hours? Have respect for people.

The Men and Women Clinic? On what planet? I went with my girlfriend and every time we were called no one would let me accompany her! Then they also don't know how to take care of people in recovery. A person fasting and not even a few cookies. The clinic only has the name

The worst experience possible, they make people wait for hours on the day of the procedure while fasting. Nothing different on the day of the post-procedure review, as you must have a full bladder for the ultrasound. They make appointments when in fact it is on a first-come, first-served basis. I was treated very badly during the pre-consultation and when scheduling the procedure. The team that treated me a little better was the one on the day of the procedure. The exemplary doctors and health professionals supported my wife very well!! He had all the support he needed!! As for the ignorant people at the counter, they were arrogant people, they spoke badly to the companions, they didn't even give me a mask so I could accompany my wife... An attitude accompanied by the answer that they are not a store and that the masks are to protect the professionals and not customers... Excellent space, good service, quality service. I just thought the idea that companions should remain outside was bad because the place is small without, however, having an alternative for that.

This place Definitely need to something with processes. Appointment was done at .11,:30, but happens at .12:10 and just to inform the next date of appointment already took 45 min. So to come here you need to wait and wait while all people doesn’t look busy at all.

Terrible service, arriving at the counter, the employee does not say good morning with arrogance at first, masks were requested for the user and accompanied, the response was aggressive without raising the profile of the computer that does not provide masks.

Medical team in the operating room 5 stars, nothing to write home about. The same cannot be said about the secretariat/entrance, where the employees are EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. There should be more understanding and sensitive people in customer service. If you don't like what you do, there will certainly be other jobs more suited to your lack of compassion for others.
