They are the best professionals I have found in the sector. I had an accident and broke my lip and one of my shoulder blades. Dr. Ricardo operated on my lip, leaving it painless and looking beautiful. Dr. Paula reconstructed my tooth, so well that my friends and family still ask me which one was wrong! Visit not very effective. The treatment was very cold and distant. They did not do any tests, just by touching my jaw, I ruled out any pathology. Very disappointed.

A very professional clinic, full of hard-working people. They convey a lot of security and are very attentive during the process. Very happy with my result. I appreciate the sincerity with which they give you their opinion. In the clinic itself they were very kind to me and my mother. I will repeat!

Obviously when it comes to human beings and not machines, it is difficult for the times to be exact, the waits I have had have been worth it with the splendid results I have obtained. I have nothing but words of praise, I have been in treatment for a year and a half, they have changed my life; After this long period going through the different departments, I can only say thank you! It is true that some days I would have wished to be attended to sooner, as a result of my desperation. The expertise of Surgeon Dr. Carlos Martinez, Marta's patience teaching me how and when to take care of my implants, and Dr. Paula's love for her work, have given me another vision of life. A fantastic team of assistants, an efficient reception, where professionals go out of their way to assist you, make them give them at least five stars. How much did I pay? Ha! Deeply disappointed. They gave me an appointment for March 2 after having a check-up. They called me three weeks before telling me that there was an opening at 9 a.m. I told them I could go if they were punctual and they said yes, because they have a patient every half hour. I arrived at 8:45, along with the receptionist, who opened the store... at 9:25 they still did not attend to me or give me any explanation. I left very angry. I recorded my complaint in a phone call, also when they called me to remind me of the March 2 appointment.... and they didn't even ask for an apology. I canceled and won't be back... (Show more)

I do not recommend it. They have treated me poorly in consultation. Lack of tact and no interest in the patient, except to get out quickly and pay. No trust. And yes, I was a patient at the clinic and I know what I'm talking about, before they try to downplay the negative comment, or justify themselves as I see they do with other dissatisfied users.... Happy with the experience, in fact they gave me an implant and I have returned to get another one, the only thing is the wait, but it is worth it. A coffee and water machine would be nice.

I broke a tooth, so I made an appointment as soon as possible to get it fixed. I've already been on 2 dates and all I've done is waste my time. Ask for leave at work, change my schedule, to attend the agreed appointment on time and in due form. Result of the first date, a budget and no arrangement. Result of the second appointment, supposedly already to be fixed. Waiting for more than an hour, telling me that what they had told me and budgeted for in the previous appointment was not correct, and that they couldn't make the arrangement for me, that they didn't have time (But I was in the waiting room for more than an hour). Ah! And give me a new, increased budget, of course. They are not serious, they play with patients' time and money.... (Show more)

I went to get my wisdom teeth removed today with Dr. Martínez Gimeno, it took 2 minutes, and I didn't feel any pain. Incredible professional and super friendly, very grateful.

This is not about the Martínez doctors, it is about the reception staff, very bad treatment with patients and companions... and a resounding 0...

I went to the center from the south of Tenerife because it is one of the centers that deals with my insurance in maxillofacial surgery and because of the good reviews it has. The reason was due to extraction of wisdom teeth, one of them due to surgery which had me very nervous and scared. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made, the unbeatable treatment and methodology. Although sometimes the wait for a consultation can be a little longer, it is understandable by knowing and taking into account the entire variety of treatments and cases they cover. Many thanks to the Doctor and his entire team for their kindness, professionalism and making us feel so comfortable. I hope I don't need it but if I did I would go to this center again.... Carlos Gimeno is a magnificent professional, I always had the peace of mind of being in the best hands, the treatment of the rest of the staff is very cordial and polite.
