Bittersweet feeling. It was the first time that I put myself in the hands of aesthetic medicine with great enthusiasm. The first consultation was very complete: attention and dedication. Once I paid, the service was no longer the same. I had botox and lip hydration, the first treatment was effective but the second had no effect whatsoever. When I went for the check-up, I told the doctor that I had noticed absolutely no difference in hydration and the response was "you didn't understand me", I don't know to what extent it is correct to hold a patient responsible for not having understood what the doctor has explained to him. For my part, I will say that I easily understand everything they explain to me if they do it correctly, if not and there is obviously a lack of information or it is ambiguous, neither I nor anyone else will understand it. Therefore, in addition to not having explained well how hydration works, I assume that they offer a product that does not give any type of results.
