I had a mole with a large diameter (approx. 1 cm) removed by Mr. doctor Cristian Tiglea. I postponed this procedure for many years for fear of a scar or loss of hair in the respective area, but with the help of the doctor, none of these happened after the intervention performed by the dance. 6 months later, nothing can be observed at the site of the radiocautery procedure and the hair grows normally. I can only recommend this clinic. I went to Dr. Dalia Stanciu and was treated with empathy that you rarely find. I would also like to point out that I made a mistake when I made the appointment and the lady at the Reception found a solution. And the nurse was super professional.

One of the worst experiences, money thrown out the window for a doctor who answered me with: "and what else can I do for you?", "what else can I help you with", because I had already tried everything he recommended and I he had done bad before, having an extremely sensitive complexion. He had an arrogant demeanor, lacking empathy, without bothering for a second to help me with a treatment suitable for my type of acne. Their only strategy in this clinic when you come for a check-up and expect a bushy treatment is just to make you buy their "miracle" services that they practice in order to get money into their pockets, they do nothing for the patient.... 5/5 for facial dermatological treatment, but 2/5 for permanent hair removal. Way too expensive and the results stagnate.

The worst experience I have ever had! I had a microdermabrasion that was too aggressive for my skin, then the extractions followed (performed by the nurse, not by the doctor) where the nurse did not remove anything from my face. I left with super irritated skin and just as charged as before. I do not recommend to anyone! Waste of money and waste of time.... (Show more)

Dr. Dalia Stanciu is the best! I lost track of the family members, friends and colleagues to whom I recommended it, and absolutely everyone had nothing but words of praise for the dance. A professional doctor as hard to find, a warm man who answers any question the patient might have. Not only do I leave there very satisfied with everything you do for me, but I also leave full of positive energy after the interaction. I do not recommend this clinic for microdermabrasion and cleansing. I had an appointment with Dr. Dalia Stanciu, my negative review is not addressed to the doctor, but to the nurse and the reception. After the doctor performed my microdermabrasion, her assistant was supposed to clean my skin by manual extractions (she didn't do this, she extracted 2-3 blackheads and after 5 minutes she said we were ready, I I left home as I came with a heavy complexion, full of blackheads and blackheads). Later when I got home and saw the result, I called the clinic to express my displeasure, stating that no result is visible after this cleansing. The attitude of the reception was nonchalant, saying to pass on your message. It would have seemed fair to me to be called later and called to the clinic to analyze the result and offer me an alternative after this failed procedure. But there was no communication from them, no one called me and it seems that no one was interested in my dissatisfaction with their services. Therefore, the experience in this clinic was an unpleasant one, a waste of time and money, being forced in the following days to look for and go to another cleaning... disappointing. However, I would like to mention that in the past I went to their clinic, to Dr. Margaritescu, and all the procedures were okay, but their last experience and attitude makes me give them a one-star rating.... My experience in this clinic was really horrible. Usually dermatologist will uplift you and will give you some hope that your skin can still be treated. I have some dark spots on my legs and that dermatologist said that there’s nothing they can do about it, he gave me some cream and he said that’s the only option to lighten my scars but until now nothing happened.
