This lady is a scammer and the least professional I have seen in terms of dentists: my usual dentist was closed for vacation I had to go because my sleeping device broke, I also had a cleaning: the device did not fit in my mouth and It was scratchy, I had to go several times to have it touched up and still not, after 2 weeks it broke due to the poor quality of the material that she or her suppliers use. When I had my teeth cleaned, my inner retainer broke. When I went to my regular dentist, he had to re-make my appliance with good, custom-made material and he informed me that the appliance they made for me at this clinic is made of terrible material. The best dental team, both in patient care and management (ease of making an appointment, WhatsApp reminders, punctuality, payments, clear and detailed information on treatments and their conditions...) and within the consultation (whether fillings or extractions with Mar, or Invisalign with Sonia and Jessica). Personally, until I came to this clinic I had a phobia of going to the dentist because I had had bad experiences with my orthodontics as a child. Mar, Sonia and Jessica are all closeness, empathy and care, as well as great experts in their specialty.
