After coming from a dentist who takes pastes, my partner recommends this one to me, they make me the first free appointment and they look at me and tell me what I need, cleaning and two cavities, just what I knew and for literally €400 less budget than my previous one dentist and without wanting to sell me things that are not necessary, the treatment both by the reception and by the technicians is unbeatable, highly recommended and they have gained a client for life.... Incredible, years of patient and now it turns out that if you want to be seen if you have discomfort, they have just come up with the idea that by paying €30 more they give you an appointment for the next day as an Emergency, (otherwise they give you an appointment for 11 days later) , and invoice…! Besides, consultation, treatment, etc..., this is logical. And on top of that the receptionist gets upset. A dental clinic that I do not recommend and to which I will not return. I tell my experience so that it doesn't happen to anyone, other than for the money, which is not much, for the deception. I know this clinic and I decide to request a FIRST APPOINTMENT, both on their website and by phone they tell me that the first appointment + diagnosis + estimate are free. They do it to me, I leave the clinic with a good feeling thinking about when to start and what is my surprise that about 100 meters away they call me from the clinic and tell me that they have forgotten to charge me for the appointment, surprised, I answer: the first appointment is not it was free? They tell me that it is free "unless they do an x-ray", without opening my mouth or telling them my problem, the first step in the clinic is to get an x-ray. It is 30 euros that I paid immediately, but for those 30 euros they have lost a client with a treatment that would surely exceed 8000 euros. After going through three maxillofacial surgeries at the San Juan hospital, it brought me two consequences: a very difficult recovery in terms of time and pain and another very important one, leaving to do a fourth and final surgery when I got up from the stretcher all equipped to operate due to to the trauma that all that caused me. Over the years I met the great team at Clínica dental Esconda who gave me confidence and peace of mind to carry out that last pending intervention by Dr. Marco who he performed with such delicacy, knowing my panic, that I only had a simple and quick recovery , like someone who gets a common traction.
