SCAMMERS. You make an appointment for something with costs already confirmed, you arrive and they charge you €60 for a consultation and €300 more???? They literally looked at me for 5 minutes to find out that the colleague who worked before at the clinic did a bad job... In short, they offered to change it without added costs because it could cause discomfort in the mouth in the future. Okay, we'll fix it. The appointment was mainly to make a new retainer, I said only the top part and they went and made me the bottom one as well, after denying them several times that I won't need it. They finish, I arrive at reception and instead of paying €100 (confirmed by email from the first day) they want to charge me €380!!!!!!!! I tell them that I'm not going to pay that much and THEY ONLY TAKE OFF THE COST OF THE CONSULTATION!!! Of course, since she's a young girl, she's probably an innocent fool, so let's take advantage. The pain, which i had been experiencing for a number of days was resolved immediately. I was so impressed with the treatment that I have now decided to use this practice for other further detailed work. That work included replacing some old crowns and building a completely new bridge for my front teeth. After losing an incisor, I went to Dr. Rooster visited. What followed was a very objective and detailed consultation with a lot of patience. A 3D scan then made it clear which solution was effective. I chose an implant with a bridge over four teeth. A tooth also had to be extracted. And tooth necks were still being prepared for the bridge. What impressed me was the calm and professionalism, as well as the very well-coordinated team, where every move was done almost without words. Despite the tension I brought with me, I felt comfortable and knew I was in the best professional hands. What I found remarkable was that even the puncture points for the anesthetic injection were made so that I wouldn't notice the stitches. When the drill was used for the implant, I learned what 3D computer-guided implantation can be like today. The drilling channel was carried out precisely using computer support. Everything worked out fine. The impressions for the models didn't trigger any gag reflex, everything was calm and relaxed. The practice's own dental technician was very involved in the color design. There were photos with different lighting. The temporary bridge was also well-colored and sat well until “final assembly” and did not cause any problems. After this procedure, which lasted several hours, I expected persistent toothache. But that wasn't the case. I didn't feel the freshly inserted implant at all.
