Excellent patient service and communication. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from the border. The nurses are very caring and were on top of making me feel comfortable. Dr. Gutierrez and the anesthesiologist spoke English very well. Explained everything thoroughly. I'm 1 week post op and had no issues so far. CAUTION! Stay away! I spoke to Dr. Jacome during consultation and I told him I wanted him to do my surgery. Right before the procedure he walks in already preped and in a hurry it seemed like he walked in from doing another surgery because he walked in fast and left and Dr. Gutierrez was there to do my surgery. I made a big thing about that which I don't think Dr. Gutierrez liked because he made a ugly face and I got a real bad feeling from him. After all that I asked him a question about one of my procedures. I had got a package deal and didn't really think I needed the cheek augmentation procedure and when I asked him if I needed that procedure he made a face and ignored me. During the procedure the nurse's and Dr. Gutierrez were talking about how I didn't need the procedure. He removed the fat from one cheek like in less then 5 min and on the other cheek it seemed like he was making seem like he was having a hard time removing the fat on purpose so he would have to make another insiscion to remove more fat so he could intentionally deform my face because that's what I felt and that's exactly what he did. The left side of my cheek has a deep deep hole and it's uneven. Not only did I not need the procedure he intentionally removed more fat then he was supposed to. It felt intentional to me. I would never go or recommended anyone to go and experience what I had to experience. Not only do they lie to you about the doctor that is going to do the surgery. They will intentionally botch your surgery if you question them or if they don't like you. Stay Away!... (Show more)

I got a tummy tuck and lipo but it felt like I only had lipo on one side and my tummy scar is so crooked and like they left a piece of skin that should have been removed. I expected so much more from the way they drew on my body all my problem areas I really thought I was going to come back snatched. And nope it was a waste of money and risking my life. Ladies if you want to take the risk of surgery DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC NO MATTER WHAT GOOD DEAL OF PRICE! NOT WORTH IT.... (Show more)

The worst, please search and don't go to this clinic, I had a bad procedure and also they left the stitches on me😢😢😢 look well, and don't go to this clinic, cheap is expensive😢😢 they did me wrong procedure and in my second appointment I went to remove the stitches, as was everything, until later I realized that they left stitches in me and they did not remove them all😢😢😡...
