My father was recently admitted from spitalul judetean to Casa Austria. To be honest, the staff is a disaster, except for the doctors, the nurses don't do anything except instruct relatives what to do and when to leave. My father was brought in in the morning, in a very serious condition, nursing patient, not cleaned and changed until visitor times. You have to bribe the nurses to do something, otherwise the patient is lost. As soon as the sisters get money they do something, otherwise they drink coffee and chat. The man at the entrance is the biggest shepherd without an ounce of decency, let alone civilized, just a farmer. Not recommended, I'm extremely disappointed with the human attitude of the staff. Instead, I will look for the doctor at his private office. First of all, I clearly specified the period of medical leave that I want, but it seems that I spoke to myself, I was granted more medical leave than necessary, although twice I specified that I only needed one day. Secondly, the medical leave documents lacked a stamp from the issuing unit, on both pages, this is clearly a lack of professionalism. I did more work than I should, now I have to cancel the sick leave and take a day off, the alternative would have been to go to the unit again to revalidate the sick leave, to wait another week to complete it for me, to come back again to pick it up and physically go to work to hand it in, and considering that their schedule is incredibly limited, I prefer to take a vacation.
