DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! VERY BUT NOT VERY BAD!!! I was ignored for several days. I paid €995 in advance and they didn't even acknowledge receipt of payment or send me a description of the treatments they sold me. My emails from a private address "went to spam" "They're not answering him, because his colleagues are on vacation and there's only one colleague there...." After a lot of contact, I was told that the laser treatments were done with a homemade LED cap.... An incredible lack of professionalism. They didn't even explain to me, in a time like the one we are living in, whether the so-called cap was used by more people... This is very serious. If they don't care about the cap, they also don't care about the health safety of all situations in a "clinic".... REAL DANGER!!!!!! I tried to get my money back, without having to resort to the law... "Oh and so on, I'll have to call Spain" and I don't know what else. I gave them two days to resolve the matter, nothing!!!!! I never did what I'm doing now, because I don't like to harm anyone. I warned them of this fact. They didn't want to know. Of course, I will exercise my consumer rights and terminate the contract, based on the law. The only explanation I have for why they haven't contacted me yet is that they are waiting for the legal deadlines to pass so they can steal my money! But they are very mistaken. As we know, calm people, when they 'blow up', cause more damage than the so-called "troublemakers". And that's how it will be. I am being treated in such a bad way and with the appearance of a scam, that now you will understand why they shouldn't have acted in such an unprofessional way and with hidden matters. I will continue to publish the development of this subject. IN SUMMARY, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE FOOLED, DON'T EVEN VISIT THIS PLACE. ANALYZE THE REVIEWS. ALL MADE ONE YEAR AGO!!! AND SEVEN......! I recommend it 1000!!! It was my first time at the clinic (Porto, PT). The service was very professional, the doctor was very kind, empathetic and very detailed. I have been using the treatment for approximately a month and I noticed results from the first week with daily use of the anti-dandruff shampoo.
