I am set to arrive in a few weeks for my 3rd trip to see the staff at Clinica Artica. I have had nothing but great experiences as a patient here. There is a very high attention to detail and excellence in their work. Everyone speaks English, the facilities are nicer than any dentist office I have been to in the USA and the location is in a very beautiful, clean and upscale part of the city. The staff will coordinate all dental procedures alongside your available travel times. The C.A. team has multiple specialties under one roof facilitating coordination of care as well as added convenience for the patient. I had a good experience in the past with some dental work here. However this last time and 2 times before that, the hygienist paused in the middle of my cleaning to use their cellphones, wearing their gloves and then go back to cleaning my teeth without changing their gloves.

They are the best and most committed dentists in Medellín with your oral health. I had orthodontics with Invisalign with Dr Naranjo and it was the best decision. I have spent many hours in Dr. Juan's dental chair after 70+ years of oral neglect. I have had faulty dental implants originally done in Mexico (horrible experience) replaced with bone grafts, several cavities filled, at least 6 crowns and 3 root canals. I experienced almost no pain for all of these procedures. I have been to many dentists over the years. The level of competence of Dr. Juan and his associate specialists is without comparison. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate none of the dentists from the USA above a 5. Dr. Juan and staff rate a 10!. You will not find a better dentist. He will not stop until your dental work is perfect, even if it means sending a crown back to the lab for the perfect fit. I'm 74 years old and Dr. Juan is finally finished restoring my teeth after all these years of abuse and neglect. My teeth are better now than they have been in 40 years. Very average customer service, a place that does not show respect for its customers' time by leaving them waiting for a response.

Disappointed by the treatment that was given to my wife. The only thing the stomatology treatment did was aggravate his situation.

Clínica Ártica is a great find. They offer many dental services and have an English speaking staff. They are one of the few places in Medellin that offers Zoom whitening. The prices and the staff are great. I highly recommend this business for all of your dental needs.

There should be more stars than five, it’s NOT enough to describe the professional services the moment you enter Clinica Ártica. You are greeted with big smiles by the staff at the front desk who very courteously & happily assist you with setting up appointments & having everything fully explained as well as tremendous follow up with texts. I had my dental implant done yesterday with Dr David Arango. He did an amazing job using the best Straumann implant. He did a great job to minimize any pain and discomfort. He is also a Professor at the Universidad de Antioquia. Best of all my dental implant costs a lot less than in the USA.

Highly recommend! Friendly and professional staff. Excellent dental care in a warm and inviting atmosphere that is by far better care than you'll ever receive in the States. I have extreme dentist phobia but was able to under go procedures without xanax or nitrous... That's how comfortable they make you feel.... (Show more)

Dr. Juan Carlos is in my opinion the best dentist in Medellin. He takes great pride in the quality of his work and explains every detail of whatever issue you may have with your dental care.
