I'm really disappointed. They don't listen to the patient, they don't try to understand their real needs. Their goal? Purely commercial! As soon as the doctor understands that you need a small intervention (for example just some spot to remove) and not a facelift between 2,500 and 10,000, he practically kicks you out in an almost rude manner!... Excellent experiences at Clinic 135. A wonderful team: both Dr. Herszkowicz and Dr. Meunier, as well as the anesthesiologist and the nurses. Without forgetting the extremely important post-operative follow-up (reachable 24/7!). We feel surrounded and listened to, which generates real trust. And it starts from the first phone call provided by Julie, always attentive, patient and efficient. Listening to each of the speakers and understanding what we feel and wish to change is present throughout. No one has to worry and the personalized advice adapted to their own specific body shape is valuable. For me, the human relationship with your doctor is essential, especially when it comes to an intervention that will modify our body. We are all different and we have to be realistic about what we are looking for. So the experience of doctor/surgeon is extremely important, to give judicious, personalized and most appropriate advice. Doctor Meunier is an excellent surgeon and I recommend him without reservation. During my pre-operative consultation, Doctor Meunier explained to me in detail the different possibilities allowing me to feel better about myself while maintaining a NATURAL appearance. A clear and precise quote was sent to me. On the day of the operation, I received a warm welcome from a team of professionals. After the procedure, you wake up in a comfortable room. It takes a few months to appreciate the final result and during this post-operative period Doctor Meunier remains at the patient's attention. You must of course be aware that cosmetic surgery can sometimes require small adjustments in order to perfect the final result. To this day, Doctor Meunier still listens to me! I am disappointed, I had asked for a specific service before making the appointment I had asked if they did it and over the phone they said yes, then arrived and the Dr. told me that she did not do this service, so 10 min consultation and I had to pay 60€ so yes very commercial service
