Today I had a consultation with Dr. Vrints i.k.v. a surgical procedure. Reception was very friendly and professional. The consultation itself lasted barely 5 minutes, during which I received the necessary information (duration of the procedure, price, etc.). I have never had to pay for a 5 minute consultation anywhere. At Kliniek Van Gucht I had to pay no less than €60, really outrageous! It is always said that you should be well informed about procedures. How can you charge €60 for providing information... I will never come back here, let alone recommend this clinic to others.... If a "malignant" growth at the bottom of the leg 'must' be cut away, this is not an aesthetic procedure, but necessary. But I do pay a HUGE fee?! This was never explained in advance. In the meantime, the procedure is badly infected, I have to be given antibiotics urgently, and I can enjoy beach fun on my holiday next week (which wouldn't be a problem at all, according to Dr. Lynn De Roeck). When fellow doctors see my wound and give their opinion ..... well .... you asked why I am not satisfied, you will get an honest answer. In the meantime, it is more than a month later and the procedure is far from cured (see photo, sorry Google is too cowardly to publish it dated: 26/07). Antibiotic treatment again, the 3rd in a month! And you call this aesthetic? You charge aesthetically!! A real scandal that patients should know about.... (Show more)

Unfortunately I cannot write a good review about my treatment. I have had lip filler placed here 3 times and never had a good result. The last time I even got a subcutaneous bruise that still won't go away after 1 year. This really pisses me off. I don't think injecting with a cannula is the best solution for lip fillers. The owners are very friendly. I can't say anything about that.... (Show more)

I am forever grateful to Joachim Van Gucht because he literally and figuratively saved my life. After persistent problems with my gastric band (which I had had for 17 years through another doctor) and ultimately a ruptured stomach with leakage and sharply declining blood values, 2 consecutive operations were needed to save me. If Joachim had not immediately come from behind his festive table (Christmas Eve) it would have been too late. Thanks to his thoughtful actions, I managed to get through. Top surgeon and also a pleasant person as a person. At the Van Gucht Clinic there is always a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. So I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.... I ended up at Kliniek Van Gucht on the advice of my sister-in-law. I am 32 and think it is important to take optimal care of my skin. Unfortunately, in the past I have never found a product that suits my sensitive skin. I received a free skin analysis from Elke during my first visit and an action plan was immediately drawn up. With the right products and afterwards the milk peeling, I now realize the added value of a good product and the right advice. On the advice of friends, I came to doctor Joachim Van Gucht. I had already heard a lot of positive things about him and can only confirm this. Finally a doctor who takes his time and who does not carry out work on an assembly line. Before, I really felt like I was just a number: come in, what is it for? And five minutes later I was sitting in a crowded waiting room with white numbing cream on my face... Embarrassing as hell you know someone. And five minutes later after the injections I was outside again. At Kliniek Van Gucht this was completely different! I was welcomed by Elke. She did an extensive skin analysis and examined with me the condition of my skin. Then we went over what my expectations were together. I especially wanted to look fresher and less tired. We then looked at the treatments and the doctor drew up a schedule. He works with the “Total face approach”. On the one hand, I received a few injections of Botox in my forehead and to soften the lines around my mouth, he placed a filler. I was so afraid of this, but thanks to a special technique with a cannula, this was virtually painless! The result is truly astonishing... everyone says: Wow you look so good!! And it's so natural that no one would say I had anything done. In a few weeks I will go for a peeling and then I can handle it for another few months!... (Show more)
