They lie a lot. I don't recommend them and Dr Firouzi is not that good, has no experience and only cares about money

Never again..total chaos, late doctors, nurses who are either rude or not on time. Result - you wait 3 hours for something simple.

I was not sure if I should go because of all the bad reviews, but honestly it was a good experience. The staff was nice and polite. It was quick and the doctor was good.

Disgusting attitude, like they don't want customers... At 9:10 in the morning they had no readiness for an x-ray. "Sit for half an hour waiting for the machine to load." If you don't have an organization, at least change your working hours.

We are very satisfied with the Thorax clinic! As always, she treats her patients well, and the woman at the reception was extremely kind! Special thanks to the orthopedist Dr. Firuzi!!! A unique person with her attitude towards her patients!

Don’t respect the schedule. Old and rude staff at reception. I expect when i pay to be served bu smiley and friendly people

Inadequate and misleading registration service, lack of competence and absolutely illogical parroting behavior with no insight into the questions asked. I visited for a vehicle medical and they wasted an entire day with incorrect information and hanging around. I strongly do not recommend!

Shock, it's a good thing we have a negative test for Covid otherwise they are afraid to give you a lung x-ray. This place should be closed, as you are afraid of diseases, change jobs.

I was sent to the clinic by another clinic, with the assurance that they were working and had a working x-ray. The clinic was empty, or at least no one opened the door for us, no one answered the phone either. It says 24/7 on the front! Probably because of the holidays there is a change in the schedule, but it is not written anywhere, not even on the website. There is no way in the world I will go there after the receptionist or whatever the woman who answered the phone did her best to make me feel guilty about having a problem! Absolutely pointless! They never have a regular doctor available. Either it's a full day of home visits or it's already too full.. Every time, every time! I'm glad it's 5 minutes from home and is the only convenient place for me when I can barely get up!

From one clinic they send to the other that they don't have an x-ray. If you go, you will regret it 100 times. I wouldn't go and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
