Had a nice journey as a companion for my girlfriend. Once landed at the airport, we were picked up in a taxi and went straight to the hospital and to the hotel after that. After the surgery everything was smooth and efficient with no hassle and stress of organisation from our end. We were informed about everything from start to finish everyday that went by. Looked after me from the moment I landed in Istanbul to the moment I left. Very caring team who ensured I never had any pain with my operation. I’m day 2 out of the operation so whether my DHI Hair transplant was good for quality I’m yet to see results but as for customer care it’s been great.

Came to turkey for hair transplant surgery was picked up at airport took to hotel then in morning picked up and took to clinic the whole procedure lasted about 8 hours for 4000 grafts I’m hopeful it works and the grafts take I would recommend it

My teeth look shiny now and I’m happy. They done excellent much better . all staff good care ,friendly ,professional and respectful much experience ever seen.

We reached the airport in the evening due to flight delays at the pick up point we had an Host waiting for as (me and my sister) -pick up from the airport was quick and easy . We immediately got drove to the hospital for an X-ray and drove back to the Hotel . As soon they drop as to the accommodation they informed as that they will come and pick up as at 0630 am . The following they they come and pick me up and at the arrival at the clinic I had Nergis that come and pick me up and direct me to the dental studio,after the consultation and the payment after 30 min I had my implant done and another Xray to make sure that the dental surgeon was happy about the results. Nergis managed to give me my medical and explained me how I’m supposed to use it and managed to arrange my pick up back to the hotel. Everything was perfect from pick up to examination and surgery. Overall,time is managed properly since most of the procedures where. Done in the morning and after 1/2 hours everything finishes.
