On 23.11.2023 you invoiced for an MRI a higher price than the one you communicated to me through 3 sources. I called the call center to find out where the price difference comes from. The colleague's answer was "if that's what you were billed for, that's what you have to pay." Wow? I registered a request and was answered, after many insistences (in no case after 2 days as you wrote in your email that is the legal term) that you agree to close the difference between the 2 amounts. I paid the initial amount, but you still haven't closed the invoice, which appears as unpaid in full, although it is paid in proportion to 90% as of 08.12.2023. The reason is that I am not allowed to access other Regina Maria services as long as that invoice appears as unpaid. Other services, meaning a surgical intervention, which your colleagues from another clinic do not allow me to pay either cash or card, in any way, until this invoice is closed. For the way you chose not to resolve request no. 1272858/ 23.11.2023 you have a complaint from me to ANPC.... (Show more)
Mrs. Doctor Nicolae Carmen proved to be professionally incompetent regarding the medical report issued after a totally incorrect X-ray taken also by Dansi. The services leave much to be desired! I do not recommend anyone to get CT at Apaca at Regina Maria on the ground floor!! We need competent doctors! Go somewhere else!!... (Show more)
Is there a clinic parking lot for patients?
The clinic looks very good, clean, everything in order. But, there are not enough parking spaces, if you find one, they are so narrow that you can't get out of the car. The lady who made our appointment, very helpful and quite professional. The medical record.....weak (compare with Rm Baneasa Hospital). I wanted to pay with the card at a BT POS, but they didn't have it (on the website it says that they have a partnership with BT).... (Show more)
Appointments are not respected! The parking lot is f small and f cramped, you can't get out of the car.
At what prestigious clinic do you want to be and the scores they provide (500 lei an x-ray), they don't even have a lid on the toilet in the bathroom. Not to mention that I was met by another person than the doctor who was listed in the application as the one who would do my investigations and who also talked to me in person.... (Show more)
I gave one star because you can't give zero or even minus! I specify that we have 4 premium subscriptions, and now is the first time we "accessed" their services (or rather we tried to access). I requested an appointment for pediatric dermatology, a 5-month-old infant. The review is for both The Light location and Dr. Nicolescu Ana Cornelia, with the explanations below: 1. We are late due to our fault 4 minutes beyond the appointment; 2. We lose another 4 minutes because no one told us where to park on the intercom; 3. We lose another 3 minutes until we get to talk to the only receptionist there. 4. Summarizing, we are late for a total of 11 minutes vs. the scheduled time, of which only a third is our own fault (the aspects were also specified at the reception) but the answer given to the receptionist by Dr Nicolescu was that he no longer welcomes us! This is the first time we have had such an experience with a private healthcare provider. Normality meant offering us options through which he could still see us, considering that we were with two small children behind us... although considering the doctor's decision, I think that maybe he did us a favor, not to we waste even more time with a doctor who, through his specialty in pediatrics, should have a much warmer attitude towards patients.... It is a private, modern and neat medical clinic. Regarding parking, there are not enough places. I came and got the last seat available.
I had an appointment at 17.45. The doctor received someone without an appointment. This is because the price is high for a consultation... 30 minutes have passed and I'm still waiting.
I made an appointment at Kinetic Sport & Medicine for 1:30 p.m. I have nothing displayed in the subscriber account, I only received a confirmation sms. I was told to come 30 minutes earlier for the medical visit (I was going for a massage). I arrived at 1:00 p.m., I am told that those 30 minutes were included in the appointment....I fill out a form and wait. It's 1:30 p.m., I stop at the reception, nothing. The receptionists are young, stressed by scheduling shifts and others, they don't follow the appointments, somewhat disinterested in the human interface they should display. No doctor/masseur/person came to ask me my name or even to invite me to an office, to discuss how to pay, how to schedule the rest of the sessions in the package, or anything. With the same note of interest, I left. In the meantime, the patient arrived with an appointment at 2:00 p.m.; the poor man, also 30 minutes before (maybe he has more patience and luck to enjoy the kineto services).... (Show more)
Every time I came for tests with my baby, I had to park 2 km away, because they had no more spaces, although access was allowed for other cars....they ask a lot of money for tests, but they don't reserve a few places for patients.
I absolutely do not recommend online consultation through the virtual clinic. A meeting between a doctor and a patient must be done offline, especially if he is seeing you for the first time. It is difficult to discuss analyses, medical problems and to upload files online, especially if technical problems arise, from logging in and other errors (of the system, of personal devices) Conclusion: it is not worth it/ the quality of the consultation drops considerably. I am convinced that there are good doctors in this clinic and it is not their fault that these things happen.... (Show more)
The staff is very kind and professional, from the reception to the doctor's consultation itself.
They have 5 parking spaces and if they are occupied, they don't let you enter from the bathroom or even leave your child at the entrance of the building (outside of the pouring rain, I with a one-month-old child born prematurely) had to take two turns at the intersection to find a place on the pedestrian crossing and walk with the child in the rain. The lady who answers the intercom at the barrier screams and is irritable, I'm just talking about the guards who walk around like a slum vocabulary and they are there to give advice..."to take public transport if I want to get to this clinic" . I do not recommend! You have an appointment and they don't have parking spaces! I had to search with the small places, which in the military is the work of Sisyphus! They have a few parking spaces and those occupied by staff! To avoid!!!

The appointment time is not respected and the staff at the Reception frowns at the patients and does not even know how to give correct information. I sat in the hallway with a 3-and-a-half-month-old child and no one took me into account, given that I had an appointment, the adults had priority to leave samples instead of the children entering the collection.... I thank the staff from the bottom of my heart. I have always had only experiences full of understanding, empathy and respect in this clinic.
The harvesting assistant, Nicoleta, was a real support! With care and professionalism, she made the experience of collecting blood for our premature baby girls easy and comforting. I recommend with confidence! 🩸🌼 …
