I visited dermatec defence colony branch for body laser.The clinic is excellent and the girls staff is good but a guy named Nishant is very rude and careless working there.He does not behave well with any one who asks for suggestions.I am shocked by his unruly behaviour.If he stays there for long then your clinic is going to get bad name.I m totally unsatisfied and will never visit here. will not recommend anyone if Nishant stays here... CHEATS! Pathetic services and filthy clinic condition. Totally into cheating the customers. They change policies without any intimation and then ask you for more money to avail your existing sessions. I got cheated with 3 laser sessions pending and them asking me for more money. Ms.Suruchi, managing the clinic is pretty hostile too. Such a Fraud people and company in the name of skin clinic.The male person present at the front desk and manager meenu was pathetic, her behaviour towards there staff and clients are so rude they just want money from the staff. Very poor management. For a service of 15 mins they make you wait for 1.5 hrs (even after booking an appointment) . Moreover, they marked sessions on my service card for the service that I never took and reduced the committed sessions accordingly . They provide discounts and then reduce the quality of service . Charged 1000 for consultation.. the receptionist was not sure how much to charge when I asked her is it 1000 for one person .. she turned towards her colleague and asked her kya hum 1000 ek person ka letay hai .... Deserve zero rating only , HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! ******regretting why wasted my hard earned money for no result , what i got in return rude and arrogant behavior******* Want my hard earned money back.. After paying, they will change the behavior, Won't respond after that,there is no forum or management, wherein we can raise our concerns or behavior of manager I took laser session from nirman vhr I have been promised in starting that I will see 100% result, if not, I will be given additional seession, but it's was just tactics to make me fool... ,after taking all session ,saw no result, when I complained same to managr/counselor she start shouting n became rude and arrogant, i have faced multiple times such rude and arrogance behavior in nirman vhr clinic ... After taking 7 session, no result. Asked to take Me take new package,money minded people. Being an old customer ,I'm totally disappointed the way you ppl behave with customer, I have been told the amount I paid for laser is very small, after putting my hard earned money for treatment, Is small for them... I wish i could give 0 star to this unprofessional staff and management. This is genuine review and i would suggest none to visit them. It's a mere waste of time and money because you will not see any good results. I'm getting face laser done from here since a year and the results are not at all satisfactory and even if i keep aside the results, staff(admin) over here is highly unprofessional and the management over here is extremely poor. Just because of their carelessness i wait for 2 hours(every sitting) to get 10 mins treatment done. I would highly suggest not to visit them, save your money or visit some other branch or brand. Worst clinic ever.. nonprofessional and nonexperienced person.. Every now and then their manager n staff get change. They are so fraud that in the middle of the sessions..they deactivate your account first..and dnt allow you to take sessions..they ask money to activate it. Hi I visited Dermatech Defence colony for body shaping as I am a fan of this place beacuse I have been visiting here since long time .Amazing ambience and superb service and treatments. Wow ..I lost almost 2kg and 1 inch in a fortnight.The staff is very sweet and caring here with good skill especially Ms Himani who was very convincing and motivating for my queries..Manavta,Ms Varsha,Ms Shuruchi and Ms Gurmeet,Ms Suchitra, Ms Namita Ms Bhawna.I am very happy and satisfied and strongly recommend Dermatec Defence colony.... I wish I could give them 0 star, They don’t even provide a good maintainence to their GIP center. Continually mara hua chooha’s smell coming out their since 4 days. I am just standing and waiting at the door, when and how will this smell went off.??? Pathetic management

First up, I didn’t get any services done from this place (thank god I didn’t)! I walked in to their clinic and was attended by one of the staff members, who said she is booking my appointment for a particular Friday since the doctor only visits on that day. She also said she will “call or message to remind me”. Thursday, till 6.30, there was no call or a message or any communication so I finally messaged the staff and I was told, “oh the doctor isn’t available tomorrow “. Then she told me to go to Safdarjung if I wanted to see the doctor. Which I obviously didn’t want to do. The following Monday, she messaged me if I can come and see the doctor. And I asked “what time”. She sent me a reply 2 hours later saying “4 pm”. Like I have no other engagements or things to do. No follow up, no reminder, no value for anyone’s time. I don’t know about their services and success with patients but they don’t know how to value the time and keep a commitment. I am just glad I didn’t get anything done from there because if this is exactly how they are post procedures, imagine the frustration a patient might go through. A place where you go for your service and come back with yet another butter experience. Obviously after taking the payment upfront they can make you waitn work according to their whims n wishes.
