My therapist was Dr. Chernov (now does not work in Velum), Grigory Aleshin extracted teeth and he is truly a doctor with golden hands. Today I perform all cleanings with Dr. Apashkina - a wonderful doctor. Before removing the braces, I will have to install a ceramic inlay and an implant. I think that I will stay in Velum with these questions and go to Grigory Alekseevich and Sergei Vladimirovich Gulchuk. I wish the clinic nothing but prosperity! I would like to share my impressions of treatment in this clinic and express my deep gratitude to the entire staff of Velum Dentistry: administrators Yulia and Victoria for their hospitality and efficiency; Apashkina Daria Igorevna, as the first doctor with whom I received treatment. I would like to note the high professionalism in endodontic treatment. I thank Elvira Leonidovna Dulatova, who treated my younger sisters. She is a master of pediatric dentistry, every appointment is quick, calm and painless. I thank Grigory Alekseevich Aleshin - I won’t say that tooth extraction is a pleasant event, but thanks to such a surgeon, the negative aspects of this procedure fade into the background, and the sensitivity and clarity of every movement remains in the foreground. I highly recommend this place. Being a foreigner in russia can be challenge and even more if you need a doctor and you do not speak Russian. I had a dental problem and went to this practice. The staff is wonderful specially the receptionist who speaks very good english and is very kind and helpful. The place is clean and the price is fair. They even give appointments through WhatsApp.... I had a couple of wisdom teeth removed at this center. The surgeon is not bad, everything went quite painlessly (although it took a long time, compared to my other experience). The only thing is that a month after removal, a fragment of a previously removed tooth began to come out of the gum, which had to be dealt with separately. A big disappointment was that the prices on the website at the time of treatment did not correspond to reality. Although, according to the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation,” medical centers are required to post correct information about prices on their websites. Unfortunately, there was no strength to deal with this problem with a freshly extracted tooth; the administration’s only excuse was “oh, our price just changed.” I don’t turn to the not very conscientious Velum anymore....
