I have never had a more thorough exam! Staff extremely friendly,thorough! Would highly recommend this office and staff.
First time here and it was a great experience. The staff was really good with my daughter (6 yrs) and made her comfortable.
I have been going to Cleveland Eye Clinic for years. Have always had the best care from laser procedure for glaucoma to cataract surgery everyone was professional yet warm and caring. They have the best group of doctors who can take care of any eye issues.
The techs and doctor were amazing when working with my son who is super light sensitive. They were patient and had many tricks up their sleeves to get his exam as complete as possible. I am very happy we chose to go with Cleveland Eye Clinic!
I have been a patient since 2008 l have always had excellent care, the doctors are great they truly care about the patients. The whole staff are awesome. Our son needed to be seen on an emergency basis as a new patient. The office staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pierre was very friendly, knowledgeable & caring. We would highly recommend this doctor!
While there is a bit of a wait to get in the check in was seamless. Jesse was wonderful and a pleasure. Dr Pierre was professional and explained what the next step was for corrective surgery. The check out and scheduling for pre, surgery and post 1 and 6 week follow up were seamless. I feel confident they're going to take good care of me.
Dr Chester has been my great eye doc for more than 25 years. He is exceptional. The staff are great too.
