My entire family drives from all over Singapore to come to this clinic because the hours are amazing. It opens very early and closes at 10 pm. Of course the real deal: The doctors ! I’ve seen Dr Jeff, Joanna and Caleb for my unending kids issues ranging from ear infections to burn wounds ( I never have to wait in KKH ever again since I know these doctors are always there ) . Sometimes the problems are not serious enough for the emergency room but still needs a doctor to look at it . These doctors aren’t your Panadol docs. They think out of the box and are attentive to detail . My favourite bit is not having to wait inside when there’s people in the clinic . The prata store next door is my waiting room :).... all the people here are super friendly and kind!!
The chinese guy with the earing on his ear working behind the counter wearing a Mr Cooper t shirt (5/12/23 at 5.15pm) has the worst customer service ever. Iv been going to this clinic for years, the ladies behind the counter are always very kind and helpful however today I was made to wait while this guy saw me but ignored me waiting at the counter until his colleague told him to attend to me. Later after filling up my particulars on a list, he did not even tell me my que number but proceeded to point towards the que display and raised his voice in a rude tone that it was my turn (when he did not inform me my que number previously). He kept raising his voice in a loud and rude at me and repeated instructions to walk over to the other room when there was no need to raise his voice as the clinic was not noisy nor was I dumb. Very bad customer service given by this uncivilised guy.... (Show more)
I don’t want to give even one star!Extremely bad attitude of the front desk staff! Not worthy of being called a clinic, it is a purely commercial organization that makes money!
It was my first time visiting the doctor in this clinic and I am impressed at how Dr. Teo was very understanding during the consultation despite the number of patients he has seen before me. I would say that the doctor consultation part was fine for me and the ladies at the reception were quite "the usual" that you will see during a very heavy day of patients. No choice! However, I waited for about 2 hours plus for my turn (queue "83" at the point of registration and my queue was "108"). Best advise is after getting a number, do not sit outside the clinic as you may just get more sick germs going to you - go somewhere else like nearby NTUC or sit somewhere else. The clinic clearly can't provide chairs outside because it is obstructing the mall's way of passage. To which, I believe is common sense.... (Show more)
Good service.
This clinic is my "go to clinic" since a couple of years ago and i have met all resident doctors there. Really appreciate the patience all doctors have during the consultation and effort they put in to give me the diagnosis/remedy each time. I also don't mind the newly implemented telemeds service since I still get to meet the resident doctors in the clinic just not "physically".... (Show more)
8am opening hours is an advantage. Wait was reasonable. doctor was fast and swift in her diagnosis. Overall experience is great.
Come here if you want to receive wrong diagnoses (Malini), see doctors who lack empathy & are so unhappy to be there (Malini, Loke), receive rude & unprofessional service by receptionists, It's the quickest way to have your day ruined. If you have a choice, go to Frontier Family Medicine Clinic nearby.
I consulted with Dr Caleb Teo and Dr Malini a few times over the last couple of years, for both myself and my daughter. Even during peak hours when the clinic is crowded, I never once felt rushed during the consultation. The doctors take the time to listen to my concerns and ask questions, before diagnosing or prescribing medicine. They are very good with young kids too!... (Show more)
Visited on fourth day of non stop high fever after two previous doctor visits including NUH. Super thankful to be finally diagnosed correctly and prescribed the right medication. Felt better in less than 24 hours. I could finally sleep the night. Super thankful to Dr Teo Eng Yee for not only his medical proficiency but his passion and enthusiasm for the medical field that I could feel through his explanations and diagnosis process.... Very good service and hospitality.
Dr. Zhang is kind and easy-going. He answers all the questions he asks carefully, and also gives special instructions on things to pay attention to. Although he sometimes has to wait, he feels safe to see a doctor here, so our family will choose to come here. The staff at the clinic here is very friendly and helpful, and the exceptional quality of service made this a comforting experience.... (Show more)
Recommend this clinic, open everyday. Conveniently located at 321 Clementi with easy parking. Drs are great with good bedside manner.
Very unpleasant experience, all the nurses are carrying a cool face, no smile at all! There have a lot of surcharges: consultation fee, practice cost and prescription fees. There is no medicine called Colimix in this clinic so the doctor charged me $5 for prescription fee and asked me to buy in guardian but according to guardian pharmacy Colimix no need prescription! And I also don’t understand since they have already charged consultant fee why so still need practice fee?... (Show more)
Truly my go to clinic whenever my family or I are not feeling well. We will specifically look for Dr Teo as he is very patient in understanding your condition and very friendly. Although there are a few clinics near that area, this clinic is exceptionally busy because the medication is good and effective! Highly recommend!... (Show more)
Terrible experience with Dr Mahini. My son showed his C+ ART kit to her on followup visit n her response was "postive positive la, what do u want me to do'. As a doctor, we expect some empathy & professionalism. Even if this is in yr thoughts, u should not articulate out. Please take some communication training.
Be careful, be prepared of their charge. It could almost match NUH or Kk Already
Been asked to wait outside(under scorching sun) despite no patient was sitting inside. It’s unacceptable because all patients were wearing mask.
Bad experience with dr loke. I took temperature on myself multiple times and was having fever, between 38.4-38.6. When I went there, their faulty thermometer said I had no fever. And dr loke smirked and laughed at me for visiting the dr when I am feeling “well”. I went home and used two other thermometers, both clearly showed I was in the 38c range. Paid $$ for nothing, and got shamed by him. I mean, if you’re having a fever, how would you now know? Come on la we’re all adults…$... (Show more)
