I am very pleased with the result of my Cataract surgery at Clearview Institute. It was a thorough and professional experience from the beginning to the end. They gave me full details of all the options I can choose from and explain patiently so I can understand before making my decision. I am most impressed with their staffs who took the extra mile to serve me. After my initial meeting with the coordinator who explained the surgery options to me, I took their brochure home with lots of things to digest on my mind. Six weeks later, I call the coordinator hopefully she can answer some of my questions and book the surgery. I didn't get any return call from them. Three days later, I received an email telling me that my phone hung up on them. Not until then that I realized I had mistakenly blocked their phone numbers earlier on(I thought it was a scam number). What a fool I was! Thanks to them who reached out to me with extra effort. I am also thankful to their front desk staffs who lend their helping hands to accompany me to my pick up car after both eyes surgeries since I cannot find anyone to be with me for both surgeries. Excellent facility with top notch doctors, nurses and an amazing surgeon. Extremely professional and great follow up care. You get what you pay for and your eyes are worth it.

Losing sight to cataracts is scary and upsetting. Dr Kranemann and his amazing staff restored my eyesight and it's fantastic! I would recommend Clearview to anyone who is suffering from cataracts.

1 year later I got the smile procedure done at this clinic by Dr. Kranneman in Feb 2022. I’ll be first to say that the Dr. K and his staff are excellent. It’s a nice, clean clinic and everyone is really professional. I felt absolutely no pressure by them and they were very informative about the process of the procedure. I’ll start by saying that my quality of life has improved significantly by not needing to wear glasses anymore. I have worn glasses for over twenty five years and decided it was time. I will say though that my left eye slightly weaker maybe due to my astigmatism not being fully corrected but it doesn’t bother me too much. It’s expected that not everything will go perfectly that’s just a natural thing that needs to be accepted. If I could improve one thing it would be better communication to clients in the waiting room. I won’t go into detail but my surgery appointment was significantly delayed. It would have been nice to be informed and acknowledged periodically by staff that there was a delay. There is no need to explain why but just to be remembered that we exist while waiting in the lobby. Other than that, their post care is excellent. They pay for parking and you get a pair of nice sunglasses when you go home. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is seeking laser eye surgery.... (Show more)

Cant say enough positive about Clearview, I went to another Lasik eye Centre and got the hard sell and then came here by a recommendation and so happy i did! The staff are great and put me at ease and very helpful. i emailed leading up to my surgery with a response within 20 min each time. I felt comfortable for the entire process, from the first consultation to my last follow-up appointment. Raedene, Dr. Kranemann and the rest of the Clearview team provided an amazing Lasik experience and I couldn't be more happy that I did it!

A highly efficient staff who take you step by step through each procedure. They value your time and there is always someone to answer your questions. My surgeries went through very smoothly.

I had my cataract done last week. I don't know about other people's complaints, but I DID receive proper service. I got through reception by phone everytime, my appointments have always been on time, my questions answered. Special mention and thanks to Barb and Stephanie, who speak layman and comforting language explaining the process. Will be back for my other eye.
