Unpleasant experience, I found the clinic online and saw that it was being well evaluated, I asked about botox, prices and how it worked, I agreed a date and time with the secretary. I mentioned to the secretary the fact that I was Brazilian and didn't understand the city's language well. Arriving at the clinic 10 minutes late, due to a lot of rain and lack of Uber, the doctor's disregard began, especially when it was known that I was Brazilian. I went for an evaluation, my intention was to do 1 area as usual in Brazil, but she said I should do 3, which was a lot of my budget. I said I couldn't afford that amount, when I was informed that I would have to pay a fee of 50 Euros, everything was fine with paying. However, I should have been warned so as not to be caught by surprise, which created an uncomfortable and unpleasant situation. Excellent experience within the clinic and in particular concerning the Hydrafacial treatment that I have been carrying out for several months with Renata, and for which the results are astonishing, particularly on skin with imperfections! Having tried everything to resolve my skin problems for years, I had only moderate hope in the HydraFacial to help me regain clear skin. Today I am on my 4th session at a rate of one session per month, I have found much clearer, more even skin, and above all the most important for me, imperfections are rare! I didn't think I could achieve such results after years of battling with my skin. A big thank you to Renata for her kindness, gentleness and professionalism during each session, as well as her valuable advice and always with kindness. This clinic is really great!!!! The treatments are carried out extremely well and with care (thank you Renata!) and all the staff are super accommodating and attentive. I took out a subscription and I don’t regret it!
