I highly recommend the City Dent clinic I came there after many years of untreated teeth. This was caused by a huge fear of the dentist. I met there with great empathy and understanding. I chose Dr. Ptak as someone who would make my dream of a healthy smile without holes, discolorations and broken teeth come true. I have struggled with poor teeth since I was a child, which resulted in very weak, brittle and discolored teeth in my adult life. I went to Dr. Ptak on December 6 as a Christmas present :) It was absolutely the best decision in my dental adventure. The doctor listened and, even though it was a visit-consultation, he immediately got to work. The office has an on-site X-ray and CT scanner, so you don't have to go anywhere to get these tests done. The doctor presented the entire treatment plan. I also asked for a quote for the work - I received an e-mail with a very detailed plan and price list, which was valid for each visit, so no additional costs surprised me. Endodontic treatment with Dr. Lewandowski - if it weren't for the fact that you have to open your mouth wide, otherwise you can sleep peacefully - painless, individual, professional approach to the patient. Many visits but at the end a stunning effect of a beautiful, healthy smile. Dr. Ptak's calmness and professionalism make me recommend the treatment wholeheartedly. I have been to many dentists in my life, counting in dozens of hours. I reported that I had a broken tooth... It turned out that it was not the only problem. On the same day I met the entire professional and friendly team of this facility!!! I managed to rebuild the tooth, check it out and perform root canal treatment on the tooth, which turned out to be in a critical condition for my health. Baaaah! What's more, all the "cogs" were cleaned of scale on the same day. The advice and plan for further treatment was also presented to me in a nice and understandable way, most importantly. For me, this dental clinic is definitely worth recommending. Although the choice today is large and the level of services offered on the market is good, here it is very professional and reliable, and the service is friendly while maintaining high professional standards. I would call my experience with city dent rather traumatic. September 2021 - At the beginning, Dr. Kinga Sz. She made me hope that root canal treatment would not be necessary, but when the photo was taken it turned out that it would be necessary. Ok, I was planning on doing this from the beginning, so I came to the conclusion that we should do it. From the very beginning I noted that I am quite sensitive to anesthesia (I don't know if it's due to stress), which wears off very quickly. I can't count the number of anesthesia I received... The doctor suggested that maybe I was just prepared for a painful procedure from the beginning and maybe that's why I feel it so much, but "I don't deny that I feel it"... The whole procedure lasted about 3 hours... When it was FINALLY over, it turned out that one of the canals was not completely filled and I would have to come and do it again, preferably within 3 months (I live in the UK and unfortunately I do not have the comfort of arriving whenever I want) to Mrs. Kinga for a "symbolic fee". Doctor Kinga, who performed the procedure, said that she would not correct the error immediately because she was finishing her work... Honestly, I don't want to go back to Mrs. Kinga and I think that the whole situation and suggesting to the client a symbolic fee for a service that has not been fully improved is far from correct. unprofessional. I probably spent PLN 1,680 and, apart from the price and additional fees, I cannot recommend the doctor. It's July and I'm still afraid to come to finish filling the canal... Edit in response to cabinet response: The office's involvement was such that I felt treated badly as a patient, and the opinions on Google are there to express them. The tone of the response suggests to me that the office does not approach the patient with empathy and does not even try to understand my situation. My problem was not that I received anesthesia in the dose it was given to me, but completely ignoring the fact that it affects me a little worse and suggesting that I feel pain because I set myself up for it is a bit inappropriate. I came for help, not to listen to comments suggesting that I am hysterical. I also believe that I had reason to think that the treatment was performed incorrectly because the doctor "joked" that when I left the office, I would spread the word about this visit and leave a bad review about you. It is also obvious that I would have decided to complete the canal immediately since "the date depended on me", but the Doctor said that she had already finished work for that day, and the next date she suggested to me was the day on which I was either returning or should already be abroad, so I naturally had no such choice. Since I paid for the entire visit at once, even if the canal was not completely filled, the office should also have completed the service immediately. Another issue is that if I didn't have to pay extra for another visit, why suggest additional fees at all? It may be obvious to you, but not to me. As for the date when I decided to add the review - Google should be blamed here, because I added the review for the first time quite a long time ago, but it was not displayed for several months. Great approach to the patient, I came with a painful "8" for tearing, Dr. The bird assured me that it wouldn't hurt and kept his word. At the same time, he checked the rest of my teeth and recommended further tests.

Great dentist. I recommend. Update: the new office is impressive in terms of aesthetics and equipment. More convenient parking is also a plus. And the quality of treatment and approach to the patient is at the highest level.

Dr. Piotr Ptak gave me a sense of life, gave me beautiful new teeth and healed the entire pit during one 3-hour visit. he made impressions for the crowns on three casts so precisely that there was no fitting, which was a great surprise for me, patience, professionalism and accuracy, in addition to the rest of the things that could be done on the National Health Fund, he found me a place for me by calling me on the same day so as not to expose me to unnecessary costs. thank you for everything, now I believe in myself and I smile all the time, thanks to the Lord...
