City Smiles Bacolod

Had a really bad experience with this clinic. Avoid this clinic. The dentists who does the cleaning are not even highly trained (probably did not even pass the boards yet?!) but they will charge you higher than the service is worth. Had veneers here and they fell off. Clinic did not issue me a BIR receipt. I should have filed a complaint/case back then but just chose not to. I just went to another clinic who has more expertise. Definitely wont be coming back. It's just sad to know dental clinic like this in Bacolod exist.... (Show more)

Excellent services

The first time we went to Jan, the dentist was nice. The dentist, Jan, is a nice man. He also did a good job on us. The second time we went, bad experience there. The dentist Jan's work is like a foot. You can't really handle it. I'm filling, my teeth are not even. it hurts to eat and after 2 weeks their pasta is gone immediately. love love it's still ugly after making it.... (Show more)

Not only they professional in their demeanor and the way they communicate and work, but the place is very clean. I had to get an emergency root canal and they were more than helpful. I would give more stars if possible. Highly recommend!

I should have looked at their rating and reviews on Google and FB before going in. The negative comments people have left are actually nicer than what I want to say.

I've been going to City Smiles Dental Clinic for a few years now. My dental condition was complicated when i first came to the clinic due to severe bone and tissue loss. But through the expertise of Dr. Paul Brian Mendez in advanced dental technology, he was able to increase the volume and density of my jawbone and gum tissue. Thus, making me eligible for dental implants. Though it was a long process, i finally got my smiles back! Dr. Mendez is very professional, kind and has a calming presence that puts you easily at ease. He explains every procedure well, patiently answers all your inquiries. It’s my first time here but my dad has been a loyal patient for years!! The staff are super sweet and very friendly! They take extra care of your teeth and are super gentle! Thank you guys!!
