I did my braces here and the result is BAD BAD. Like any other reviews, yes they have hidden charges. They LIED when they say they don't charge the retainers, but when debonding the braces, the want to charge RM500. My teeth aren't straight. The progress is so slow. Plus, the scaling and polishing is not included IN WHICH THEY DID NOT TELL YOU BEFOREHAND. They don't have a written agreement in which included and not included and they easily manipulate by saying "I told you in our first meeting" infact he did not say that. The Dr. is rude and always come late. The appointments system is completely messed up.... (Show more)
Hi City Dental, hope you know me very well. For braces u quoted me RM5000 for overall and no other extra charges. But when took out the braces u charge extra RM500 for the process, which is a hidden charges, u didn't let me know before, i have checked all our whatsapp conversations, it's an unfair charges. I don't mind paying expensive, but feel like cheated when add on with hidden charges. I'm really disappointed with the result of my braces. When i look for a second opinion of my braces result, the Dr asked me are the braces done by a dentist or plumber. Sorry to say that, I'm really regret for choosing ur dental clinic. "We didn't charge for retainer, retainer is free, but for took out the braces u have to pay RM500". Nice dialogue Dr.... (Show more)
Not satisfied with the result of braces.. for retrainer he charge me, which he don't tell me before.. please don't do braces with this clinic

The service provided by this clinic is very satisfactory. I have visited this clinic several times. The service of the staff on duty is also very good and friendly.
I had my braces a couple years ago, and I am still unsatisfied with the result. There is a gap in between my teeth, the dentist told me that it would close by itself but it has never happened. The price might be more affordable, but it's better to spend more to get a better service. The dentist was always late as well, and there were multiple times he didn't do a good job and I had to head back to the clinic multiple times.... (Show more)
I took out my braces here the dentist work was fine for that but the retainers not worth RM700. Retainer is too expansive and it’s not a good work, it’s not tight in my front teeth, there’s gap, and they don’t give retainer case for this price.
Wisdom tooth extraction. Although dentist came in late, he's knowledgeable and the procedure was fast and painless. Alhamdullillah. Tq.
